Just minutes away from LBJ Grasslands, Black Creek Lake & historic down town Decatur. Also, just a short 45 minute drive to Winstar Casino, the Stockyards in down town Ft Worth and Texas Motor Speedway. Close enough to enjoy the DFW area but far enough that you can still enjoy the peace and quiet that the Texas countryside offers. Property features a fire pit, swimming pool, hot tub & outdoor kitchen w/gas grill & pizza oven for use in the common area. There are 2 rental houses that share the outdoor areas including the swimming pool. The hot tub is available for private use by 1 hr reservation. The Bunkhouse is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Decorated in a cozy farmhouse theme with games and crafts for families and couples.
