Good location closed to train station and many resturant. Have good breakfast and bar area. Free parking only 6pm to 9am. Hotel is decent

Simple but clean. Comfy bed, blackout curtains and a good breakfast.

在workingham位置方便， 旁邊有大型超級市場。 雷丁20分鐘車程距離，算是方便。 會再次入住。 在酒店裡有泊車場機晚上9至 早上九時免費，超時要付費，必須留意停車場收費！ 有出錯是要罰款的。

房間還算大，旁邊就是個Adi超市，還有星巴克，電影院，小鎮健身中心就在對面，步行去鎮中心和火車站都挺近，就是沒什麼服務，接待處也一直看不到人，打掃房間要和接待處説了才有人來。

Outstanding staff, went above and beyond. As a large party of 10, including 3 children and a baby, we were made comfortable and welcome. Nothing was too much for the very friendly staff, even sorting out parking problems in a local car park for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great central location. Quiet comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. However, parking at the Carnival Car Park resulted in a parking ticket. We had tickets for all days of our stay. We purchased them at the pay station in the hotel and entered our license number. Signs everywhere said you did not need to display your tickets. When we returned to our car at the end of our stay we were shocked to see the parking ticket. We spoke to the hotel and they were aware that this had happened to previous guests. We went to the council offices near by to resolve this but there were no representatives for parking located there. We went on line and logged a challenge to the ticket but other than an automatic message saying the challenge had been received we have heard nothing. On doing some googling it seems that this is not an isolated case. It's sad that this turned our stay into a negative experience. Sadly we will look for another hotel on our next visit.

Served by Alla in the restaurant, very friendly and good service. Food was really nice, especially the Thai green curry. John was also really pleasant. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be returning on our next business trip!!!!!!

I stayed at Premier Inn Wokingham Town Centre in February, and it was an amazing experience! From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the room had all the essentials, including a well-heated space—perfect for the chilly weather. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options and excellent service. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Wokingham, yet still peaceful and quiet. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service—I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for one night prior to my step son's passing out @ the local army camp. It was terrible. My father in law had to walk 30 mins with a poor heart condition, we were told the hotel had a drop off point but this was not available. The room was run down and dirty with blood on the pillow case. The sink would not drain, we had no milk and only one towel. There was only one staff member working both evening and breakfast, making it hard for issues to be resolved as they were over worked and very lovely (the staff are not the problem). More the lack of them. The food was terrible we walked 40 mins to be served what appeared to be microwaved food and I did not have the breakfast options I had been promised available. We were kept awake till 3am by partying guests. Seemingly because I did not complain at the time (due to lack of time and staff to present this to) I have been denied a proper refund!

We use here as our base when visiting family and friends and they are always made to feel welcome when joining us for breakfast or drinks. Reason for today’s review. Georgios and the team went out of their way when catering for our daughter-in-law's allergies at breakfast. They put some top hotels to shame. Thank you to team breakfast 02/03/2025. You made our morning a lovely family experience. We’re back at the end of March and looking forward to our stay.

Absolutely brilliant. Kelly and Georgio went above and beyond to make my 50th birthday special. They ensured that everything was in place for the stay and even provided a printed message for my stay and a few small presents. I was so grateful. Thank you Kelly and Georgio.

Fantastic Stay at The Premier Inn Wokingham Town Centre. The Car Park was slightly confusing to start off with, but once found it was a one minute walk to the hotel and was welcomed by friendly staff! The hotel felt very clean and I was very happy with my room! If there was one thing I was I had in the room was charging ports for my electric shavers, but, a run back to the car to find an adaptor which was fine. Room was really clean, powerful shower and great location, I would absolutely stay again if needed. The breakfast I was really happy with, lots of options throughout and great quality hot food available!
