There is a washer/dryer in the cottage for your use.The outside of the cottage offers a firepit, Adirondack chairs, and your own private parking spots. The community has a rec room (ping pong table, arcade games, etc.), two pools (seasonal), a volleyball court, a basketball court, a dog park, and a pond with paddleboats. The community pier (with floating dock) is a very short walk from the cottage, which is great for kayaking, crabbing, or fishing.There is a gated entrance to the community (Assateague Pointe).
