Stayed one night in May - room was very large, quiet and the views (of the cathedral and the distant Malvern hills) were the best we had ever had from a Travelodge anywhere. We were on the 5th floor Room 509, and if we return will be asking for that room again!

Easy access to Cathedral and town centre. Reasonably priced. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Would like to say a big thank you to Ellie who went above and beyond to help us. 24 hour NCP next to hotel with prices cheaper if you downloaded the app.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Foregate Street station and is close to shops, the cathedral and River Severn. I think it's a nice conveniently located hotel.

5 stars all the way, I use traveodge at least twice a month, very clean and friendly environment, one of the best if not the best in worcester, Amy the manger was great helping other customers and she was kind and explained all the best places to visit in worcester. Great customer service.

Hotel is in a great location, it’s easy to get to and in a very quiet area. The room was very clean, with a lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and filling. Amy, who was on reception was very helpful and friendly and advised us with our travel plans.

Booked train tickets for a spontaneous few days away walking the Malvern Hills. Then tried to find somewhere to stay. This was the only available hotel in the area, as Malvern was hosting the Spring Flower Show at The Three Counties Showground. However, surprisingly good location for the trains, taxis and places to eat. The staff were all very polite and accommodating. Could not fault the service but take your own soap as they have those dispensers which always seem to run out or fail. Caroline on reception went out of her way to look out for us. We brought a sandwich and drink that had to go in the fridge overnight or be wasted, that was no problem for her as she popped it in the staff fridge for us. Oh yes, rooms don't have fridges. Great location, surrounded by everything nearby! The staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and had great local knowledge on what to do, where to go, and they were excellent. Amy and Kate were fab!
