The woman hotel staff had a translator device, which made conversing with them possible. I can see the effort of all the staff in the helping us to the best of their abilities. This was probably our most favorite part of our harbin trip. My advice is to take the tour they have at the restaurant. It will be both worth it and memorable! I loved it here! Perfect accommodation

We had a very satisfying stay at this place in Snow Village, Harbin. The room was very large, warm, and comfortable, especially with the heated bed, which was perfect for the cold weather.There were also outdoor play areas for children, such as slides, which made it great for families. The owner was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, assisting us from before arrival until departure.They even helped arrange our trip from Harbin to Snow Town, which was not in our original itinerary, and we are very grateful for this experience. Despite arriving late on the first day, the owner welcomed us warmly with fireworks and water flower activities.The owner also guided us to Wusonglin Park and helped take many beautiful photos and videos using a 360-degree camera, making the experience truly memorable. As our country does not have snow, this stay was very special for us.Three days felt too short we wished we could stay longer. The villa is also very suitable for large groups as it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I like to say this is good villa for stay , cheap price and also the owner and his wife here really kind , the owner here really friendly even im from Malaysia . The villa smarthome . We go wusonglin also got free photografer🇨🇳😍. Got many nice photo when we there . I will repeat to stay here soon . We going SNOW valley use car , also the wife’s owner help us to order car . Really help full and i give 100🌟. At night we also get free tanghulu from owne 😍😍😍.Thanksss so much to owner and wife from Malaysia customer .

Best owner i love this place

我們住的是一層樓的獨棟蘑菇房（其他幾種獨棟別墅是雙層的，空間應該要大一些），床是那種“炕”，温度很合適，睡起來很舒服。窗外就有“蘑菇雪”，白天和晚上都很漂亮。不遠的地方還有秋千和雪人，晚上電子煙花一亮，很好看～ 有免費早餐、凍梨、凍柿子、冰糖葫蘆，很好吃！晚飯也很香。 配套服務也很多，衷心為老闆點贊！老闆娘幫我們安排行程、訂車；老闆帶我們滑雪，體驗雪圈、香蕉船等項目，不僅耐心教學指導，還幫忙設計拍攝，專業性、安全性和趣味性都十足；晚上還有打鐵花、潑水成冰，甚至還可以K歌。在這裏對老闆説聲辛苦了！ 很久沒住過民宿了，這裏的氛圍很好，呆在大廳看老闆一家人、兩衹貓的互動，和朋友閑聊，很自在。 如果要説有什麼建議的話，就是住多天的中間還是可以打掃一下（或者至少換個垃圾袋）；我這個户型的房子整體比較小，桌子可以稍微再大一點，放東西的地方比較少。 不過整體已經很好了，中間有什麼缺的物資給老闆娘打電話也都得到了及時迴應。這樣的價格享受這樣的設施和服務，一點不後悔住在雪谷。 （這文字打出來看着咋這麼人機……但真的是我一個字一個字敲出來的真心實意的評價（捂臉😂😂😂！）

ที่พักดีมากๆค่ะ ห้องกว้าง มีเตียงใหญ่ 2 เตียง เหมาะกับไป 4 คน มีออนเซ็นขนาดใหญ่ และ ชิงช้า ในห้องเลย ห้องที่พักสไลด์เดอร์เลย่ะ เปิดประตูออกมาก็เล่นสไลด์เดอร์ได้เลย หลังบ้านเป็นเนินหิมะ มีสไลดเดอร์ยาวๆ สนุกมากค่ะ - อาหารที่พัก มื้อเช้าเป็นช้าวต้ม กับ กับข้าวง่ายๆ และไข่ต้ม ส่วนมื้ออื่นๆ สามานถทานที่บ้านพักได้เลย ราคาไม่แพง อร่อย แต่ละจานปริมาณเยอะ - ที่พัก ให้เป็น Disposable towel นะคะ ถ้าพกผ้าเช็ดตัวมาเองก็จะดีค่ะ - หากอยากทานกาแฟร้อน หรือ ลองชิม ไส้กรอกฮาร์บิน มีร้านอาหารข้างๆใกล้ๆกันค่ะ ของหวานก๊อร่อย น่าจะเป็นสาลี่เชื่อมคล้ายๆรังนก - ตอนค่ำ จะมีขนม ถังหูหลู่ แจกที่บริเวณ lobby ด้วย - พนักงานมีอุปกรณ์แปลภาษา -มี wifi ให้ใช้ โดยรวมดีมากๆๆๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปอีกค่ะ
