The modern, 75m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults. A toddler can sleep in the parents' double bed. There is also space for a baby travel bed. The apartment is located in a trendy area, close to the center and still quiet. The old town can be reached in 4 minutes by tram. A parking space reserved for you is right on the doorstep (up to two additional parking spaces can be provided if available). The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of the house. Please note that there is no elevator. A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains. The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further you are already on the Main and along the river you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" while you walk into town. There is a bakery with breakfast and coffee in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, doctors, bank, hairdresser, a grocery store and much more.
