I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.

Home Inn is always a reliable choice wherever you go. This one was in a great location, near all sorts of food, shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Something was stolen from my motorcycle that night, which i hope isn’t a common problem there because the hotel itself was very good.

一進門，小姐姐就給了小朋友一點小禮物。整個賓館的高度比較高，風景也是比較好的，私密性的話全靠刷卡。但是整體的草布，枕頭上都脱了毛毛線。紙巾盒的底很容易倒掉下來。送了洗衣液和馬桶消毒液都很贊。正好是在萬達不遠的地方，就算是春節吃飯也比較方便。去大佛景區可以坐公交。樓下停車位也比較多。

清明節臨時決定出遊，攜程推薦了這家家庭房，總體感覺很新，設施都很不錯，房間也很大，地段很好，旁邊就是萬達。

真的非常失望啊，外出旅遊住了這麼多次的酒店，第一次遇到床單發黴的..........雖然聯繫了前台工作人員，過來給予更換新的床單，但是還是給我們造成了非常不好的衞生感覺，我們就馬上下單了一次性床上用品四件套。然後電視機衹有一個數字電視遙控器，沒有電視機遙控器，導致電視機聲音無法調節，又一次聯繫前台.....搞得我們一天出去玩的好心情都沒有了。真心建議貴店可以好好更正一下以上的不良體驗。給大家排雷了！

房間比較小，但佈局合理，但洗澡沒有吸頂噴頭衹有一個淋浴頭，這點不太能接受。電梯和旁邊公寓合用，如家是最高的三層，等電梯有點久。周邊有個商業區，吃飯叫外賣都比較方便。

服務很好 房間很大很整潔！住的很舒服下次還會來的！！打掃的服務人員很熱情！！！！！景色也很好！！！！！！

房間很乾凈，服務人員態度非常好，旁邊有個萬達，吃飯逛街很方便。

這是我住過最喜歡的一家酒店了，每次回來都會住這裏，喜歡這裏的人，喜歡他們家的早餐，人也特別好，入住早晚一杯咖啡，晚上一杯花茶入睡，距離高鐵很近，衞生乾淨，樓層高，很棒，值得入住
