The room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

Perfect modern place for downtown. Highly recommend over other places in Xuzhou. They are incredibly fast, efficient, and the hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping mall. The tv inside is modern and huge as well. Gym and washing machines make the stay more convenient.

Location is alright, but it's quite far from the nicer parts of Xuzhou. Check-in process was atrocious and time consuming; zero English spoken whatsoever. The rooms themselves were so hot and there seemed to be no way to adjust or alter the temperature. Beds were comfortable but it was too hot to sleep.

三天兩晚遊徐州，選擇了這家桔子🍊因為比較新所以內部裝潢很現代，到處是有意思的藝術品 設施：都很新，房間內有小度語音，可以控制燈光、空調、也有窗簾，也可以報新聞看視頻，比較先進；房間很寬敞熱水很大，床墊枕頭都很舒服 服務：很熱情，徐州人都有着北方人的傳統豪爽，也會主動提供服務 位置離地鐵一號線民主北路才2分鐘，總的來説是實惠優質的選擇

交通很方便的地方，地鐵口，去富國街，户部山，蘇寧廣場特別方便，衞生很乾凈，沒有什麼死角，性價比超級高，強烈推薦！房間大小很寬敞，房間設施比較齊全，床很舒服，被褥也乾淨，停車場有不少停車位。

房間很大，有智能家居系統，都是比較加分的點，但整個給人感覺拼湊感比較強烈，設施比較廉價的感覺。入住的時候徐州天氣很悶熱潮濕，房間窗户關不上，所以即使開空調房間內也是比較潮濕。衞生方面不是很令人滿意，比如電視下面的櫃子和床頭燈上面全是浮土，當然很理解這種水晶燈不太好擦，每天都清潔不是很現實，然而合理懷疑從開業到現在燈都沒擦過。床上用品有淡淡的煙味。 酒店位置距離地鐵站很近，一號線直達火車站，但離熱鬧的夜市，比如蘇寧廣場還是有一點距離的，走路十幾分鍾看似不遠，可是對於悶熱的天氣出門走五分鐘就開始出汗也不是很友好，打車又有些過近，可能天氣涼爽會走起來更舒服吧。酒店服務不錯，給我們安排可以看到黃河故道的房間，還免費延遲退房到兩點。

房間乾淨整潔，選的高級大床，房間門正對床，有點不適應，建議選普通大床房，有衞生間在門口隔出玄關，感覺私密性會好一點。房間是智能控制，直接語音召喚小度操作就好，非常方便。建議洗手枱配備小腳踏，方便低齡小童洗漱。

超級滿意的住宿，一家三口入住，小朋友兩歲多，前台還免費贈送了早餐和伴手禮，孩子也很開心，很推薦，服務也很好，房間小度智能家居，小朋友玩的也很開心。房間衞生也很不錯，酒店有軟水系統，用起來也很舒服

酒店地理位置確實很便利，市中心，對面就是1號線地鐵站，酒店樓下有便利店。再走3-5分鐘，還有個挺大的24小時便利店。蘇寧廣場吃完飯走回酒店也還好，正好消食；周邊吃的也挺多。 酒店服務不錯，衞生打掃也挺乾淨。

房間很乾凈，距離地鐵站很近，馬路對面就是，交通便利，服務很好，前台很熱情，送了早餐，而且早餐很豐盛好吃，走的時候還送了小禮物，缺點就是不知道哪裡的噪音，沒有準備耳塞

酒店地理位置優越，設施完善，一進門還有拍照打卡點，全程服務到位，下午送水果，房間乾淨整潔，小度管家智能控制，離店還送了小禮品，孩子住的很高興，強烈推薦！！

酒店地理位置很不錯，出來就是地鐵站，去車站或者景點都很方便。房間大小很滿意，廁所洗手枱挺大的，還有桌子椅子可以吃外賣。有機會入住 還是會選擇桔子水晶酒店

位置很好，離很多美食都很近。凌雲飯莊吃早飯，三中高黃羊肉吃午飯，都是步行5-10分鐘。離雲龍湖也很近，雲龍讓茶可以直接點外賣！酒店服務也很nice。
