We stayed here for 3 nights and found everything positive. As a hotel manager myself in Kent, England, I can't help but spot the details. I found that staff were great and most helpful. Very easy self check in kiosks. With a member of staff near to assist if neeeded. I found all staff i encountered acknowledged you with a smile & polite hello. We were tired and asked if i could take my meal I ordered to the room, and that was absolutely fine, we bought our trays back down for them. I cant comment on the breakfast as we went off-site but im sure this was superb as was my evening meal. There was one member of staff, i should of picked up his name, but i didn't. He always asked if you are okay and needed any help with anything, with check out or bags etc. Within the hotel industry, you have Service & Hospitality that are 2 different things. Service is where you do the job. Hospitality is a personal service going above & beyond. This guy is Hospitality at its best. Great stay, thankyou premier inn llandudno town centre. We sure will be back another time.
