Персонал на стойке регистрации очень услужливый. Обстановка располагает к отдыху. Я настоятельно рекомендую этот отель.

Rooms are spacious and the location is very near to the Yamagata station. A lot of amenities are provided in the reception area, and also there is 7/11 beside the hotel. Overall experience is very good.

The breakfast is good with many choices. Location is close to JR Station. A 24-hour Aeon Supermarket is right next behind the hotel.

Hotel is on the West Exit (bus to Zao/Sendai is on the East Exit) but is less than 10 minutes walk and feels more quiet. Rooms were good size and there were free drinks and ice cream in the lobby from the afternoon. There is a 24 hour supermarket behind the hotel, only negative is, there is no proper crossing in front of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to JR, 7-11 and a supermarket. If you are driving, there are plenty of parking space (with charge). The hotel provided free drinks and ice cream in the lounge. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

The room is clean. Staff is friendly.

We want non smoking room but there are out of room, hence we had chose smoking room..the floor have the smoking smell and the same for the room for the first day. We stayed for 2 nights  The breakfast is good and tasty Near JR station and bus station

The room is big and comfortable but the equipment of the bathroom is a bit old. Amenities are offered in the lobby, however maybe it’s free to get, all masks and bath salt are taken away soon. The breakfast is quit good.

Location was right behind the JR station, there is convenient store and supermarket next to it. We had a family room with 3 double beds and sofa bed and a massage chair, the massage chair was the best after a day in the snow. 2nd floor is the reception and the place to hang out with free drinks, u can buy your own food and hang out there, if I go to Yamagata, definitely with go to this hotel again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Richmond Yamagata. The room is very spacious, clean, enjoyed the massage chair etc. It was comfortable. Service from lobby check in and restaurant are friendly and nice. Breakfast spread is indeed very good. This is first time staying at Richmond hotel and in future will consider staying at Richmond chain hotels. I can’t recall anything bad about the hotel.

The hotel is clean and well managed. The hotel also offers welcome drinks and beverages on the reception level.
