Good location close to restaurants and local shops, with lots of onsens around. Can cook bamboo, egg, corn in associated hotels. Have fish pool and good hot spring facilities. Breakfast is at average. Sound proof not good, there are kids living upstairs jumping and making loud noises every night till midnight, so didn’t sleep well.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread and quality is good as well. There’s complimentary fish spa and many outdoor onsen pools for guest usage. Downside only ONE lift for the hotel, need to be patient at times. Overall good.

We stayed in the family room with a separate living room, and it was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The room comes with an onsen tub, as well as a drinkable water tap that even provides hot water, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. The hotel is also in a great location, with many shops just steps away. This was the best hotel stay of our trip, and we were very happy with our experience.

I was very surprised by this 4 star hotel in Yilan! The rooms are huge, very well appointed, have great beds, elegant hallways, and the hotel has great customer service. The breakfast is pretty amazing, with tons of choices, and best of all the hotel is located right in a central area of Jiaoxi. The rooftop hot spring pools are wonderful, and there are even sauna and steam rooms up there. Just great all around. Highly recommended.

The guest room is very spacious and clean. Wide range of selection in buffet breakfast, including many vegetarian dishes.

Good value for the price. Staff were very helpful and supportive. The coffee machine in the room is hard to use and noise outside your room can be heard. Overall a good stay.

Was one of the best hotels we stayed at! Clean and spacious room and also loved the onsen option in the room ! Breakfast had many options and would definitely visit again! Parking was convenient and staff was amazing

"This was my third stay this year. I was unhappy when I asked for new sandals and the staff said, "You cannot take the sandals when leaving hotel” making me feel like a thief. For $1400 a night, this is unacceptable." My room Number is 706.

We booked the family japanese style room. The room is really spacious and clean. Come with a nice in room hotspring tub too. Location of the hotel is great. Near to many amenities and eateries.

Located in a vibrant street full of eateries in central of Jiaoxi. Hotel breakfast is by far the best of what we had in Taiwan , very good quality with plenty of selection , deserts and can drinks provided as well. Great hot spring facilities in the rooftop & very spacious and comfortable family room with nice room slippers & onsen sandals. We are also provided with vouchers to experience cooking onsen egg/ vegetables at nearby Gamalan hotel. Overall, a great hotel but the lobby feels noisy & crowded as it is considered an open space area as the bakery, with Starbucks and hotel restaurant.

Visited the hotel with my family, stayed in room 720, great food, room, ambience and roof top hot spring facility, just that roof top hot spring area closes from 11:30 to 2:30, which is a bit inconvenient. Most of the staff members we saw are very polite and accommodating! A female staff member we saw at 11:30 on the 14/Nov at the hot spring reception was not friendly at all. She was the only staff at the hot spring area at that moment. There was two hair dryers hanging on the wall, one of them was not working. I passed the broken hair dryer to her and reflected this issue. She simply took the hair dryer without a word and totally ignored me. Her expression shows that she absolutely didn’t want to be there. She is unbelievably rude and way below ********* hospitality standard!
