You’ll find a kettle with a variety of teas on hand. The kitchen is open to the dining room, making it easy to socialize while preparing something delicious. PRIMARY BEDROOM sleeps two in the king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and high quality bedding and linens. Step out onto your private patio and enjoy the sunrise views. SECONDARY BEDROOM sleeps two in the king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and high quality bedding with plenty of natural light. PRIMARY BATHROOM has a double vanity and a luxurious tiled shower. SECONDARY BATHROOM has a standard bathtub for soaking right off the hallway from the SECONDARY BEDROOM. COVERED PATIO includes a propane grill with views of the hot tub and the spacious backyard. BACKYARD has plenty of tall shade trees and open sky. Other things to note: EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. PETS are not allowed. Bringing animals without prior approval will result in immediate expulsion from the property without a refund. SECURITY CAMERAS are on the premises that record audio/video. None of the cameras are pointed at gathering spaces and your privacy will not be infringed upon. One camera is on the doorbell.
