Really friendly stuff 2 minutes walk to bus stop and to cable car 10 minutes walk to a nice restaurant and onsen

It is my third stay in Kagura White Horse Inn. Location so close to the Mitsumata Ropeway and the bus stop, but have to walk a bit to the hotspring and the only restaurant in Mitsumata. They have a small share kitchen, and dinning was not a problem for me as I buy the food in Yuzawa station in advance.

We had a really great time here! The hotel has a charming vibe and the tatami room was great. Everything you can expect from the room. Location for skiing is also perfect. Just walk outside, cross the street and take the lift up the mountain. Ski pass is cheap and so is the ski gear you can get. Everything is functional and great for a 1 day adventure. But definitely not good for experienced people. If you are arriving by bus, take food with you. There are no shops and only 1 restaurant that closes at 17.

第一次到越後湯澤滑雪，選擇了這家神樂滑雪場附近的日式旅館。步行過去Kagura Mitsumata只係5分鐘，極方便！ 日本人老闆娘很親切，房間也很整潔！旅館有common room可煮食，整體來說是一次很好的layover!! :)

定了榻榻米房型，需要自己鋪哦，但鋪完就能躺平了。帶獨立衞浴在民宿裏非常贊！老闆娘熱情周到，滑雪的烘乾區設定合理，對滑雪親子來説非常棒！越後湯澤打車約15分鐘。

家庭式經營，服務超友善，設施齊全，極近滑雪場，暖氣足夠，淡季性價比高，很多香港人台灣人，下次滑雪一定再推介

老闆娘跟老闆都很親切 喜歡他們的親切服務 員工們也會很熱心幫助 因為感受度極好.所以我又住第二次 之後只要來滑雪我還是會住這間 總之值得推薦的一間 老闆也是會說中文的呦

โรงแรม OK สะอาดพนักงานต้อนรับดี ทำเลไปย่าน อยู่โซว่าห่างประมาณ 10 กิโลเมตร ขับรถมาเองสะดวกมาก แต่ห่างไกลจากนาริตะ 250 โล ขับรถชมวิวไปเรื่อยๆสวยงามจริงๆ

房間很小，周邊沒有任何配套，唯一優點是公共區域有一個空間，我們行程有變，想提前一天去東京，提前5天和前台溝通能不能提前一天退房都被拒絕，説房費不退，無語…一般提前幾天都能溝通的，服務太差看

滑神樂不二之選 今年都訂不到房了 估計火了
