Ottimo resort in riva al mare in un parco marino dove depositano le uova le tartarughe Caretta Caretta. È dotato di ampi spazi verdi e offre pasti e servizi all inclusive. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, amici. Tre ristoranti, piscina e campo da tennis. Unico problema: causa protocollo Covid (presumo dell'hotel) la pulizia della camera e il cambio asciugamani vengono effettuato a giorni alterni, però abbiamo chiesto in reception di rassettarci la camera ogni giorno con cambio completo degli asciugamani e ci hanno accontentati. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in un bungalow superior vista mare, molto ampio, con ambiente separato per nostro figlio e patio attrezzato. I teli mare sono forniti e i lettini con ombrellone in piscina e prato confinante con la spiaggia sono gratuiti. Buon soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo, a contatto con la natura.

Très beau complexe chambre spacieuse et propre personnel à l’écoute et très présent adapté avec des enfants par contre la nourriture est médiocre mais au vu du prix on peut pas tout à avoir

Fully enjoyed our stay! Staff were great and service was good!

Hotel condition is quite out of date, needs proper refurbishment all together, starting from the main building to the bungalows. Bathrooms and rooms are very small and we were downgraded and offered only on the third day (out of four) to move tot he room type we booked. We refused, but upon return and contacting ********** any partial refund was denied. I felt very disappointed all together.

Nous sommes restés 15 jours. L'hôtel offre une situation exceptionnelle en face de la belle plage de Lacanas. La nourriture excellente et variée, le personnel souriant et attentionné. Les chambres sont correctes mais un peu vieillot la salle de bain est petite et à refaire. Beau cadre, animation moyenne. Dans l'ensemble un très beau séjour.

Fantastic location on a wonderful beach and close to lively Laganas. Fab friendly staff. Mini lockdown meant no entertainment. Food was quiet basic and lacked variation. Overall though a fantastic holiday

If you stay here, you must get the all inclusive. The food is really good and all you can eat buffet. The rooms alone are not worth this being a 4 star hotel. They are seriously outdated and not that comfortable. We stayed in a sea view room and one night as we were sleeping, I heard a strange noise as if someone turned on the shower. I rushed to the bathroom and I see one of the valves below the sink spewing water and spewing water fast. I tried to close it but there was no way. I quickly woke my girlfriend up and told her to pack when all of a sudden the other valve burst and now double trouble. I called the front desk panicking and they didn’t seem to understand the. I felt like all of our things were going to get wet because the entire bathroom floor was now below water and the water was seeping into the room. I felt like I was on the sinking titanic! The water rushed into the hallway and when the guy finally came up to shut off the water, water had spilled into the hallway and covered a 10 foot area. Looking at the neighbors across from us, I couldn’t help but feel how their entire room would’ve been filled with water too as I saw the water line just an couple inches shy of their door. I asked to be moved but the night staff seemed very unhelpful and they didn’t really care it was midnight and we had things to do early in the AM and had a long day and were tired. Didn’t offer any discount or compensation, just a basket of fruit. Bad management or inexperienced or both.

When we encountered issues with our room, including a broken clothes steamer and lack of warm water, they immediately stepped in to rectify the situation. Despite our initial hesitation to voice our concerns, their approachable demeanour made us feel comfortable sharing our issues. Upon informing them about the problems, they promptly arranged for us to be moved to a larger room with a delightful private terrace. This new room not only solved the water problems but also came equipped with a functional steaming iron, proving to be incredibly useful during our stay. We’re particularly grateful to the Guest Relations Supervisor for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our accommodations, and their prompt actions ensured that our experience remained outstanding. Additionally, the thoughtfulness of the Guest Relations Supervisor extended to creating personalised souvenirs for our guests. When I inquired about gifting options, they not only provided a solution but went the extra mile by curating a beautiful bag filled with local specialties that truly captured the essence of Zante. This heartfelt touch resonated deeply with all of us, showcasing their dedication to ensuring our stay was not only comfortable but also genuinely memorable.
