Denny's Inn

We have been before to this beautiful hotel and certainly won't be the last. We went later than we usually do, was hoping to see the turtles hatch but sadly didn't see any. The latest addition of nice steps in the pool was brilliant, I have a dodgy knee so I was able to get in and out with ease. The only thing I would say is the handrail could do with being a bit higher. We spent quite a lot of time at the hotel this time, the food was lovely and fresh, the tuna salad was the nicest I've had. The drinks prices and choice are good, Lola works hard making sure your glass full, make sure you get your loyalty card stamped. Pete does a brilliant job of entertaining everyone, bonkers bingo and quiz night are a must for a good laugh. Next time Stuart we will sing 'A wonderful world' together. All the staff work so hard to make your holiday the best and nothing is too much trouble. We have met some lovely people and had a really good time as ever.

Maybe the 8th or 9th time we have stayed here,wouldn't stay anywhere else.All reviews are so accurate. From staff to rooms and excellent food can't give enough praise. The new pool steps are fantastic, so easy now to enter pool if you have mobility issues. Will be back.

DENNIS INN HOTEL IS A NICE & COSY PLACE AND VERY CLOSE TO THE KALAMAKI BEACH WITH CRYSTAL TURQUOISE WATER. THE BEACH IS LITERALLY 3-4 MINUTES WALK FROM THE HOTEL. YOU CAN GET A PARASOL FROM THE SUPERMARKET AROUND THE CORNER FOR JUST €11 - €12 AND ENJOY THE WARM FEELING OF THE SAND. CERTAINLY, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY €20 PER DAY FOR 1 PARASOL + 2 SUNBEDS WHICH IN MY OPINION IS A BIT EXPENSIVE. ALMOST EVERYONE IN DENNIS INN HOTEL FROM RECEPTION AND CHAMBERMAIDS TO THE RESTAURANT AND THE BAR WERE PUTTING A LOT OF EFFORTS TRYING TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY. THE DRAW WAS ALSO A FUNNY AND CLEVER AWAY TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO ENJOY THE FOOD ON ITS OWN RESTAURANT WHICH WAS FINE AND THE PRICES OF THE FOOD & BEVERAGE WERE AFFORDABLE. I FORGOT TO ASK IF F&B PRICES DIFFERED FROM THE PEAK SEASON ! HOWEVER, THE ARE MANY OTHER F&B CHOICES NOT FAR FROM THE HOTEL. JET2 SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN IT COMES TO AMENITIES SUCH AS USING AIR CONDITIONING. FOR EXAMPLE: THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR AIR CON IF WE WERE GOING TO PAY DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL WHILE WITH JET2 PACKAGE WE HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA €63 FOR A WEEK. THE ONLY REGRET I HAD WAS THAT MY MOTHER DID NOT ENJOY THE HOLIDAY AS MUCH DUE TO HER OWN HEALTH ISSUE.

We've been going to Denny's Inn twice a year,May and September it is our 10 th year going,it is like our 2 home,the hotel staff are brilliant,and always go that extra mile to make it special... Amazing Place,it is clean,friendly,the food and entertainment is great ,it is close to the beach and all the lovely tavernas,wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but Denny's Inn,we even had our honeymoon here,Carol and team couldn't do enough for you .There brilliant.. People return year after year some even after 25 years.. suitable for all ages,Rooms have been updated beds are comfy .we just had 3 glorious weeks at Denny's and didn't want to go home....

Denny’s Inn is a decent and cheap place to stay that’s close to the ***** and the beach. It’s also very close to the airport. We stayed for one night having booked last minute. The hotel is clean with welcoming staff. The hotel is primarily oriented towards British guests with entertainment to suit. Being British Indians, we participated in the Karaoke night, where we sang a Hindi song (staff members may remember that occasion). The staff are very welcoming with the DJ who allows you to sing any song you like (including in any language!). Also kids are free to sing as well making it family friendly. The room was clean and all the basics were covered. Small balcony too. The breakfast was decent, although as Lacto-Vegetarians we did struggle a bit.

Another amazing stay at dennys inn. Staff deserve a special mention. Carol and her team are always available to help with a smile. Rooms - spotless! Food- breakfast has a great selection- pancakes are delicious Restaurant food is also delicious and has a great choice after a hard days sunbathing. Pool- spotless area too- always a sun bed available. Booked again for next year and counting the days 😊

I don't think words are enough to describe the experience we had at Denny's Inn. I think that the only con is that the vacation was too short , and we should have stayed more because it was the most amazing holiday we had. Denny's is an amazing hotel, with very good conditions , the rooms are lovely, clean, spacious and cleaned every day by the lovely staff. Also, the place is very close to the beach and to the main street where you can also find a lot of restaurants, bars etc. The hotel provides a lot of facilities for everyone ( pool with very comfortable sunbeds, hammock, ping-pong table, pool table, mini foosball table) and many more Every night they host very fun and entertaining activities such as : karaoke, quiz night, bingo night, very informative turtle slide show hosted by the volunteers of archelon, dancing nights etc. The resident dj is a very fun and friendly person , you can ask him for a song you fancy and he'll make sure your wish is fulfilled . He also is a very good emcee (MC), creating an extremely fun atmosphere and making sure everybody has a good time. We are a young couple and must say that besides some nights when we felt a bit tired , almost every other night we chose to spend it here because we were having a lot of fun, interacting with the other people that stayed here which are mostly loyal customers who come here year by year. We immediately felt very welcomed by everyone like we were part of ' the group'. At denny's you feel that everyone is family and you get that warm , cozy feeling everyday. Also here, we met the greatest barwoman , Lola, she is very experienced and knows how to prepare a lot of tasty cocktails. The prices are very low compared to most places in the village. The hotel also has a restaurant, with a lot of meals to choose from, very big portions and incredible tasty, we could barely finish them and had also to loosen the belts afterwards , haha. Prices are also low. The tzatziki apetizer we had here was the best we had on the island ! You have a lot of meal deals everyday and another thing that I found very interesting and nice is that each morning at breakfast you get a daily newsletter with interesting info, places to visit, greek recipies, weather info, greek phrases to learn etc. The breakfast is very generous, from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM a lot of choices, the ladies in charge always make sure to refill the trays so everyone coming gets to eat plenty. You have tea, coffee, juices, american pancakes, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, etc all fresh and tasty. There wasn't a single morning that we went to get breakfast that we wouldn't leave with full bellies!! The entire staff was lovely, warm, polite and nice, kudos to all of them for their entire work !! Denny's inn will always have a special place in our hearts and there isn't another place we will ever choose to stay in Zakynthos besides here. I must say I shed a tear leaving this place.
