Located at the foot of the El Yunque Rainforest this beach house is in the most desirable area of Puerto Rico. The house is on the northeast side of the island, is bordered by a 1,000-acre mangrove forest preserve, and is on a secluded beach between two of the best resorts on the island, the Wyndham Reo Mar, and the Hyatt Grand Reserve Resort. It is on one of the 12 Fincas (Farms) on the Las Picuas road which were protected from commercial development and boasts a quiet and secluded beachfront. The beach is calm and beautiful, ideal for paddle boards, kyacks, fishing, kite sailing, and more. Shaded by palms, it is a great place to hang out and picnic. The house was originally built by a pool designer and has spectacular, resort-like outdoor areas. Tropical gardens and palm trees surround the private pool, huge in-ground hot tub/jacuzzi, bathhouse, tiki bar with pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area. The house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths plus an additional bath in the pool house. It has two levels with kitchens and baths and laundries on both levels. A huge patio encourages the enjoyment of the tropical scenery. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two sleeper sofas.
