Ema House Serviced Apartments Seefeld

The property is exactly as the pictures. The apt is well kept, clean, centrally located. The beds are comfortable. The place has great space and even a terrace. There’s a washer and dryer which I found super helpful. The kitchen has a great space. The only observations I would make are that I would have liked to have a broom an mop to be able to clean because even though they clean the place 3 times a week, if you drop or spill something you can’t properly clean. The kitchen is missing cooking gadgets like spoons or a spatula. But I would totally stay there again.

Brilliant, spotlessly clean apartment with everything I needed. High spec, comfortable and well organised, with simple check-in and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for business or pleasure.

A very convenient location for Zurich city centre. Flat was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful, especially as train was late getting to Zurich. We would stay again.

One of the best hotel apartments we have ever been at in Europe or US. Very clean, spacious, ample of amenities. Great and safe location with 2-3 min walk to the lakefront boardwalk and 2-3 min walk to the tram station. Family of 4 (2 kids) had a great time and hope to come back

The service from the staff was excellent, great communication! We loved the apartments, they were clean and well appointed. Great location. Switzerland can be an expensive place to visit but the Ema house apartments were great value and we appreciated being able to cook some of the local produce rather than eating out for every meal. Really, really enjoyed our time. Thank-you!!

It was close to the lake, tram stops, restaurants, and walking distance to food stores. Apartment complex was relatively quiet. It had a nice balcony & modern kitchen. Building has a cute elevator. Tram 4 stops at Zurich HB.

The property is in a great location. We will definitely go back to Ema house.

The apartment was super spacious, extremely clean, felt homely and well relocated, and had all the amenities you would need. The only slight issue is that it doesn’t have air conditioning (AC). Only the top apartments do as they’re hotter. But lower apartment just have a fan. Whilst this was ok for us, I would have personally preferred AC. Regardless, I would definitely stay again! Super close to the lake, supermarket and tram stop. Easy to get around Zurich from this location!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious, with full range of amenities including washing machine and even with air conditioner. Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the tram stop. Only area for improvement was on the checkin process. We arrived on time as agreed but they only got one staff to do the check in while there was another family arrived at the same time . We had to wait for around 25 minutes with our luggages at the ground floor which was small and quite hot, and without a seat. We wonder even with one staff , the staff could consider to let us go into our apartment first so that we could unpack and take a rest and she could return to do the paper work later. We do like the apartment and simply shared this for their future improvement. All in all, this is just a single incidence and to be fair, the overall office’s response was fast and professional . They also helped my friend to go back to the apartment to pick up her handbag within short period right rafter checked out. We are happy with the stay and have great pleasure to recommend this apartment.
