My second stay at this hotel. Location is unbeatable, but hotel is rather dated by now, need a renovation very soon.

Make sure you get room with the lake view

We had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay: We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room. so here are the question: 1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene! 2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest? 3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured! 4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

The interior design of the hotel is chic and simple. Everywhere is clean and neat, and the staffs are always helpful.

Замечательный отель, лучшее место для тихого семейного отдыха. Хороший завтрак, удобные кровати, большой номер для семьи с ребенком. Трамвай 4/2 останавливается через 2 улицы. Удивительный персонал.

Мы были очень довольны всем в отеле, пока не уехали. В объявлении ********** среди удобств был указан «трансфер из аэропорта», что было основной причиной, по которой мы выбрали именно его, а также бесплатный завтрак. Я спросил об их бесплатном трансфере до аэропорта, когда мы регистрировались, и сотрудник стойки регистрации назначил нас на 8:45 утра. Когда мы приехали, это было такси, и когда мы прибыли в аэропорт, с нас взяли 63 швейцарских франка плюс чаевые. Мне приходится преодолевать трудности с **********, чтобы уладить этот вопрос.

Excellent hotel with a mazing staff and great location by lake and walking distance to all attractions. The room is big compare to hotel in Europe.

Front desk personal and specially the Spanish waiter from restaurant, Cristian, was very helpful and nice to us every day during our stay.
