The hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

Hotel is on the beach front and has good views if you have a room that side of the hotel The bar had a pigeon flying around it was a little off putting also the breakfasts were below par I ended up eating out every day Room was clean but a little old and tired Heating had broken and took a week to be fixed

Первая ночь прошла нормально, вернулся на второй день после того, как какое-то время отсутствовал. Кондиционер был выключен. Уборщицы пришли, хотя мы их просили не делать этого, застелили две кровати и оставили только одну двуспальную, ничего не убрав и оставив только два полотенца. Когда я спросил администратора, она сказала, что я забронировал номер только для двоих на вторую ночь. Она была довольно грубой, хотя у меня на телефоне было подтверждение бронирования. Компания по бронированию забронировала только двух человек на вторую ночь. Они ошиблись, и я не получил от неё никаких извинений или объяснений, почему номер был «убран». Я недоволен и сомневаюсь, что остановлюсь там снова! 😡

Отель расположен отличным, парковка и покупка особенно удобны, вид на озера неуязвим, обслуживание на стойке регистрации хорошее. Завтрак отличный, наслаждайтесь красивыми пейзажами, вкусите еду, наслаждайтесь настроением

Best location for going to central market, Rundle mall or Chinatown. Lots of food around and right next to the tram station. Beautiful stay and my family loves the breakfast.
