Я забронировал отель в Синине заранее. После регистрации я обнаружил, что там нет кондиционера. Я пробыл там до полуночи и не мог заснуть. Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.

Начну с того, что номер и ванная комната были хорошо оборудованы, персонал был дружелюбным и услужливым, а завтрак был восхитительным. Однако, хотя номер в целом был чистым, когда я уронила что-то, что затем закатилось под встроенный шкафчик, я была крайне возмущена, увидев пыль и грязь под ним. Было очевидно, что его не убирали… ну… никогда? Я понимаю, что эти места не будут такими чистыми, как более видимые части номера, однако для пятизвездочного отеля это неприемлемо. Я не ожидаю найти грязные салфетки и толстый слой пыли и грязи где-либо в своем гостиничном номере. Но, безусловно, худшей частью моего пребывания была невозможность регулировать температуру в номере. В номере было так невыносимо жарко, что, несмотря на удобную кровать и все остальное, я почти не могла уснуть. Я не ожидаю такого в пятизвездочном отеле (и никогда не сталкивалась с этим, кроме как здесь и в другом отеле Wanda в Хуххоте), я плачу за роскошь; Регулировка температуры в номере — это базовое требование, которое я могу выполнить даже в общей комнате хостела за 50 юаней за ночь. Удобства: Сложно отрегулировать температуру воды в ванной; если она хоть немного отличается, вода становится обжигающе горячей. Гигиена: Каждое утро уборщица убирается, предоставляется постельное белье из трёх частей. Окружающая среда: В холле на первом этаже есть три дивана, а также можно купить кофе. Обслуживание: В женском туалете есть лосьон для тела, средство для снятия макияжа и т.д. Хотя я принесла свои, мне понравилось 👍🏻 Хозяин также предупредил, нужны ли вам одноразовые принадлежности.

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

KKarina_kkThe location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

VVSTОтличный отдых, настоятельно рекомендую. Отель находится примерно в 20 минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала Синин. Он расположен на улице Циии. Напротив отеля есть хорошие продуктовые магазины. Прогуляйтесь до оживлённой улицы за отелем, это займёт около 15 минут. Вы можете идти по левой стороне от главного входа отеля. Снова поверните налево и пройдите 250 метров до светофора, затем поверните налево и поднимитесь на холм, пока не доберётесь до главной оживлённой зоны. Большая мусульманская мечеть Дунгуаня также находится неподалёку. Местные жители очень дружелюбны и с удовольствием покажут вам дорогу. Номер отеля ChaoMan чистый, просторный и комфортабельный. Мы провели здесь две ночи. На завтрак предлагается широкий выбор жареных овощей, жареного риса, китайских булочек и выпечки. Очень гостеприимный персонал сделал наше пребывание незабываемым. Спасибо всем вам! Я добавил их фотографию в этот пост. Они помогли нам с поездками к популярным достопримечательностям и, что самое главное, нашли нам приемлемую цену на трансфер в аэропорт — 65 юаней. Спасибо всем, ChaoMan! Я обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова, когда буду в Синине, и порекомендую этот отель всем своим друзьям и семье.
