I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out. Рядом с отелем есть ресторан, который очень популярен. Он практически полон, и его обслуживает лично женщина-босс. Заказал свиную рульку и свиные ребрышки на гриле, они были восхитительны. Завтрак в отеле очень хороший, обслуживание внимательное. Баден-Баден – спокойный и романтический курортный город.

По прибытии нас встретили недружелюбно. Нам нужно было что-то заплатить, и мы хотели сделать это наличными. Банкомат не принимал только что оплаченную купюру, поэтому нам сказали заплатить картой. Ладно. Мы отнесли вещи в номер, а я пошла гулять с собаками. Тут же появился неприветливый мужчина и грубо переспросил, заплатила ли я за них. Я думала, что заплатила, но после проверки оказалось, что нет. Мне пришлось вернуться позже, чтобы заплатить. Поскольку всё было ужасно, я решила заплатить только при выезде. Мой муж заболел и нуждается в отдыхе, поэтому я повесила на дверь табличку «Не беспокоить». Два часа спустя раздался стук. Я не ответила. Gutes Hotel im zentraler Lage. Service war absolut Top. Aufgrund eines technischen Problems in unserem Zimmer, wurde uns spontan ein kostenneutrales Zimmerupgrade angeboten. Der Servicemitarbeiter am Empfang war äußerst bemüht und hat alles binnen kurzer Zeit geregelt. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel war ordentlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ibis Styles doch etwas zu schlicht. Sah eher nach einem roten Ibis Hotel aus.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.
