Великолепный отель, идеально расположенный между железнодорожным вокзалом и старым городом. Интерьер элегантный, номера современные и хорошо продуманные. Персонал замечательный и внимательный к отзывам, которые они попросили оставить в конце нашего пребывания. Завтрак подается в прекрасном бистро отеля. Напитки без ограничений, а основные блюда подаются по меню. Нам очень понравились блинчики с беконом. Порции были щедрыми, красиво оформленными и очень вкусными. Настоящая жемчужина Семаранга и всей Индонезии.

A Truly Pleasant Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel. Previous visit was quite ok, however this time we were dissapointed with their cleanliness. Once we entered the room, the bedsheet and blankets were a bit smelly and there were yellowish color on them. Also, they forgot to refill the body soap inside the room. Although they did replace the dirty bedsheets and refilled the soap after making a request, but it shows how lacking they are in their cleanliness. Management needs to pay attention to this!

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

Я выбрала этот отель, потому что в нем есть бассейн и тренажерный зал, где мы ежедневно занимались спортом. На самом деле, тренажерный зал был закрыт на длительный ремонт. Это следовало бы отметить и вычеркнуть из списка объектов отеля, поэтому мы обратили на это внимание с самого начала, и это нас не удивило. Номера на первый взгляд были в порядке, но когда мы осмотрели их, интерьер оказался ужасным. Шторы, светильники и прикроватные лампы были грязными и в пятнах. В номере моих детей не было штор, поэтому днем ​​там было много прямых солнечных лучей и очень жарко. Полотенце выглядело так, будто им пользовались годами: оно не мягкое, выглядит отвратительно, и цвет не такой белый, как обычно бывает в отелях. В каждом номере был сейф, но он совершенно не функционировал. Если посмотреть на инструкцию к сейфу (см. фото), внутри должна быть красная кнопка, но ее нет. В сейфе использовалось 4 батарейки. В моем номере из четырех батареек только две, и они уже вышли из строя в марте 2018 года. В номере моих детей четыре батарейки, но они тоже не работают. Кнопки и ключи не нажимаются, поэтому мы не можем хранить в них важные и ценные вещи. Бассейн был переполнен, а вода грязная. Отель должен был проводить генеральную уборку бассейна в связи с праздниками, но вода явно грязная. Парковка плохо обслуживается, грязная, повсюду мусор. Отелю Horison Ultima было всего 3 года, он открылся в декабре 2024 года, как я видел на табличке в лобби. Отель был Star Hotel, а затем сменил название на Horison Ultima. Парковка узкая и ограниченная. Расположение неплохое, рядом с торговым центром Java Mall. Хорошо подходит для утренних прогулок. Персонал отеля вежливый и быстро реагирует. Удобства для 4-звездочного отеля достаточно хорошие. Мини-холодильник в номере, как и кондиционер, тоже неплохие. Позвольте мне обратиться к руководству с просьбой уделить первоочередное внимание чистоте и техническому обслуживанию, а также ремонту номеров, которые находятся в ужасном состоянии.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. Overall had a great stay there as a couple visiting Solo for the first time. Location wise is really strategic, close to a lot of attractions and foods! Service is really warm and good too. Breakfast selection is good but quality can be improved.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay.
