Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was spectacular. Extra touches in the room were very nice. Only negative was noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.

Got an early check-in ..thanks. The room was very big and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and well organised. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch. The food was good great , we really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly.
We will be returning.

房間舒適，寬敞明亮。床尤其舒適。食物也可口，hotel工作人員十分熱情，當得知10.5是最後一頓早餐時，餐廳經理Cosca （不知拼得對不對）立刻為我們免了5號早上雙人full breakfast. 整體居住體驗讓我和先生感到賓至如歸。下次有機會來愛爾蘭科克還會住River Lee 的！

빅토리안양식의 멋진 호텔이었어요. 이전 병원이었던 건물이었던 건물을 호텔로 리모델링한 호텔로 럭셔리한 느낌을 주는 공간들을 가지고 있어요. 객실은 물론 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 욕실도 수준급이었어요. 호텔이 지향하는 지속가능성을 잘 지키기 위해 믈소비를 아끼는 차원에서 베스를 없앤 것은 감동적이었어요. 좋은 숙박시설로서 더욱 발전하기를 바랍니다.

가격대비 아주 훌륭합니다. 호텔내의 bar 가 운영을 안해 저녁 해결하기가 좀 어려웠지만 주위에 바가 많았고 무엇보다 조식포함이 아닐줄 알았는데 간단하나마 무료 조식이 있어 좋았습니다.

As we were staying for one night only we weren't TOO fussy. We got a family room which was also kitted out for wheelchair user. Our view was of a tall, solid concrete wall. Friends stayed in a bright, sunny room looking out over the harbour.. Choose your room carefully if you are staying for a while and like a pleasant view. Breakfast was just okay. I had poached eggs on avocado, peanut rayu and sourdough. Felt it had too many flavours. Would like to have seen some simple breakfast options on the menu. Several dishes served with hollandaise sauce. I also noticed a few flies hovering around the food area. Would not rush to stay there again even though location was fabulous looking out over the harbour.

服務人員很友善，住宿條件也很好。賓館還提供浴衣、一次性拖鞋。離科克巿中心不太遠。比起我在都伯林機場附近住的同等價位的四星級賓館，各方面好太多了。遺憾的是時間緊，沒有去享受免費的游泳池和桑拿。

ГГостьArrived very early so left my bag behind reception,
My friend and I then went out touring for the day, we later went for food and drinks and we managed to lose each other, she came back to the hotel with my phone,
I later arrived with no phone and gave my details was told there was no booking for me, I waited in reception for nearly an hour whilst they tried to find my booking, eventually they found it on the check out list, this was after 1am so I was very tired and ready for bed.
At breakfast the next morning we were told they hadn’t had a delivery so there were no sausages or pastries for breakfast, this was a little disappointing , Apart from this the hotel was central & clean, the staff were friendly.

ГГостьGreat location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

ГГостьAbsolutely beautiful hotel Sharon the hostess is Absolutely amazing she's very efficient so is thr other lady but I don't know her ne nothing is to much trouble for these ladies they work so hard the other lady is around Sharon's age and her and Sharon are always running around working and asking if everything is okay they are a credit to your hotel and thank you to all the people who work behind the scenes the chef and the domestics making sure everything is clean and tidy all these people are the backbone of the hotel

ГГостьThe hotel was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be better. Water bottles weren’t given every day—you only get them if you ask, which felt a bit inconvenient. It’s something you expect to be taken care of without having to remind them. The internet in the room was quite slow. It worked, but not great—good enough for checking messages, but not reliable if you need to do work or stream anything. On the bright side, the lobby looked really nice—clean, modern, and a good place to sit and relax for a bit. In short, it’s not a bad place, but a few small improvements could make the stay much more comfortable. Swimming pool service was good.

ГГостьI am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home.
The employees were quite kind and helpful too.
Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into.
I will return for sure.
