Reservé este hotel y no me fue posible llegar, hablé para cancelar y aunque dice hablan español nadie me pudo atender en mi idioma, hice el intento hablando un poco inglés que quería cancelar la reserva o cambiarla en su mismo hotel de Gallup, fue imposible la comunicación y me colgaron, hice el trámite de cancelación por Trip y no he tenido respuesta, tuve que hacer otra reserva en Gallup

The hotel is very convenient as far as location but as far as everything else is i could definitely do without for example when i got there I had to switch rooms twice. Both rooms we switched out of were both disgusting, it was like house keeping didn't put any effort into cleaning either room. Then after we went through all that we get into our 3rd room and the TV stations don't work on the television and our toilet barely flushes and with having to deal with all that you would think they would offer us a discount or even a night free they offered nothing. I had to ask for some kind of discount and all I was offered was 20 off only if I extended my stay the next night. So I guess with all that I won't staying again.

Rented for 2 nights, the next morning I left to do my thing and came back they never set my bed and only left clean towels, toilet didn’t flush properly and was handed the plunger! I didn’t know that it was up to us to fix the issue

Excellent stay! Everything was as listed, super clean as well.

While I can't complain about the price of this hotel. It did not live up to the expectations that I had. Location wise, it's near a fairly busy street and not only are the walls thin but there are gaps in the door so I heard every time a car passed by along with all of the commotion that happened outside. Additionally, the photos that you see on the hotels website and reviews don't accurately portray what the hotel looks like in person. It feels like this hotel was attempted to be renovated and got halted somewhere in the middle.

Didn’t even stay or check in and didn’t get the money back

The room was very clean. The bathroom is up to date and also very clean.  Bed was very comfortable. I rarely ever get real sleep while camping or staying in a hotel and I slept like a log. That great sleep could be a direct effect from the delicious old fashion that I had at the amazing Neon Mallard.  Very impressed with both the motel and the Neon Mallard. Will for sure stay again in the future if need be.  If you book from a travel site, call in advance to get your room number and door code.

This property is well located, close to Lake Estes. Room was very adequate for the family of 3 of us. We had erroneously booked a Standard King room for 3 adults. Lady at the Front office was very considerate to accommodate our request to shift us to a 2 queen bed room. Room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very nice, and got us well prepared for the day ahead ! Overall, a great experience. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

The pictures on the website are all lies!! The rooms were outdated and smelled horrible. We expected the pool to be open, but it was not, had not been in a long time. Very disappointed!!
