Beach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

Мы чувствуем себя королями в отеле Majesty во Флорианополисе... так много всего удобного, от ресторана с исключительной едой в отеле до других ресторанов по всему кварталу, до огромного торгового центра и всех событий Флорианополиса... это как 5-звездочный отель в Нью-Йорке на стероидах, больше, лучше, чище, приятнее... это потрясающее место, в котором стоит побывать... мы часто возвращаемся в Majesty, потому что он в наших сердцах... VIVA Majesty!!

Я не могу не подчеркнуть, насколько ОБМАНЧИВЫМ является это объявление об отеле, поэтому я обязательно добавила фотографии. Отель выглядит намного лучше, чем есть на самом деле. Нам не принесли обслуживание в номер, наша кровать была сломана, в сливе все еще были волосы, а человек, который вручил нам ключ, вытащил постельное белье из запасной кровати, когда мы заходили. Это огромное неуважение к потребителю — платить так много за этот отель такого низкого качества. Я останавливалась в других отелях, которые стоили в разы дешевле и были намного лучше по качеству. Я прикрепила фотографии, чтобы никто больше не стал жертвой мошенничества.

I had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

The hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.
