Отбросив в сторону политкорректность правил, весь персонал отеля, выглядевший как местный житель, казался некомпетентным как в плане навыков, так и в плане отношения к работе. Я приехал в 12 часов дня, и мне сказали, что номер будет свободен в 15:00, но предложили попробовать еще раз в 14:00. Когда номер наконец освободился около 14:00, сначала его отдали новому белому сотруднику??? После регистрации я спросил о времени завтрака, и на ресепшене ответили: «с шести до десяти». Я не мог поверить; здесь еще темно в 18:00! Я несколько раз подтверждал, что сейчас 6:00, и каждый раз получал подтверждение. Я забронировал экскурсию с отправлением в 7:00, думая, что это идеально. Когда я поспешил в ресторан утром, персонал нетерпеливо меня развернул. Когда я вернулся на ресепшен, ночную смену заменил человек, который совершенно не говорил по-английски??? Лобби находится внутри отеля, вход через него общий с компанией West Car Rental. У них есть указатель «влево/вправо», но левая сторона ведет к номерам, а лобби находится справа. В такую ​​невыносимую жару это очень неудобно для туристов с чемоданами. Не могли бы они поставить стрелку, указывающую на это? Остальные номера в порядке, завышенные цены здесь — обычное дело.

Fantastic hotel - lovely rooms (we had the Small Double and it was more than fine for the two of us) and all areas beautifully done. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Raul, whose recommendations and advice was invaluable. Only slight drawback was not having an on-site restaurant but there are so many good places within 5 minutes walk that it really doesn’t matter (again, really good recommendations made!) Right in the centre of San Pedro (actually behind the church) but felt very safe and secure, and literally a couple of minutes from the shops, market, restaurants and excursion agents. Breakfast was fine - eggs an option to the buffet; fresh OJ on request and access to coffee etc whenever needed. Towels available for hire for the excursions that involve swimming. We stayed for 3 lovely days and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Great hotel just 5 mins away from airport. Comfortable stay, have a nice restaurant that serves full fledged food, with a nice welcome drink from the bar!

The lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Hôtel au calme avec de très beaux aménagements extérieurs et intérieurs. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très spacieuses, bien décorées et très bien équipées (avec notamment la climatisation). Chaque chambre a une vue dégagée sur le jardin aménagé et l'isolation phonique est bonne. L'hôtel dispose de 5 piscines (dont une grande), un peu vétustes mais restant très agréables après une journée dans le désert. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'emplacement est excentré mais l'hôtel propose un service gratuit de navettes très pratique avec une conductrice très sympathique. Seul bémol : le personnel à la réception a été peu conciliant et accueillant (nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance sur l'heure du check in et avons dû attendre pendant plus d'une heure, l'heure officielle du check in (15h) sans que personne ne nous prévienne de la disponibilité de notre chambre).

Отличное жильё квартирного типа, удобно расположенное рядом с главной улицей и рыбацкой гаванью с моаи. Хозяева очень помогли с бронированием экскурсий и трансфером из аэропорта. Единственный недостаток — плохая боковая звукоизоляция, так что не планируйте шумных мероприятий (улыбка).
