The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

The first hotel I see with liar and deceiving management. We mistakenly booked 3 rooms instead of 2. Just 30 minutes later we called the hotel to cancel one room. They said ok and you can ask the reception while checking in. Then reception said we need to ask our boss, every time we asked the reception they said our boss come later. As a result they postponed until we checkout the hotel. Then we received an email saying we are sorry and cannot cancel your reservation as it is due. That is our experience with this hotel.

Для небольшого кошелька отель настоятельно рекомендуется. Оборудование необычное, ”квази” спишь в помещении бывшей администрации и т. п. Не рекомендуется избалованным бэби-бумерам (😜), всем остальным нравится шарм.

Отель расположен на природе, номер чистый. Спальня и ванная комната не очень большие. Регистрация заезда и выезда заняли много времени. Когда я попросил квитанцию, мне сказали получить ее утром при выезде. Однако, когда я уезжал утром и выезжал, мне сказали, что ее выдать невозможно, потому что оплата была произведена не на стойке регистрации, а онлайн. Это первый подобный случай в моей жизни.

I love the location of the hotel, which is situated between the Lübeck Main Station and the bus station to get around the city. It was a perfect location and made my business trip comfortable and convenient.

Automated check-in possible. Quite convenient. Refridgerator, but no mini-bar in the room. Snacks can be bought on a truster basis near the reception. Mostly quiet hotel with spaceous rooms. The cleaning personnel comes around 11h and is quite noisy. Free parking with no additional costs. All in all a recommendation for a trip to Hamburg or Schleswig Holstein.
