This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

Отличное расположение, потрясающий вид, чистый номер и хорошая мебель! - Персонала не было совсем, и вам нужен ключ, чтобы попасть в отель и в номер. Мы забыли ключ в номере и поняли это после ужина около 23:00, и хотя персонал должен быть в отеле до 3:00, никого не было. Нам пришлось связаться только по телефону, но, будучи канадцами, у нас не было рабочего телефона. Мы чуть не спали на улице. Нам помогли в соседнем ресторане. - Персонал должен был начать работу снова в 7:00; мы уехали в 8, не выписавшись, так как снова никого не было. - У моей дочери украли наушники EarPods в номере, мы смогли найти их с помощью приложения Apple и смогли точно увидеть, где они находятся. Опять же, в отеле не было персонала, чтобы сообщить им, что уборщик украл что-то. (Мы на 100% уверены, что их украли, так как они не выходили из номера, мы никуда не брали с собой электронику, а место, где они находились, было в 7 км от отеля, где мы никогда не были. - они предлагают услугу отпаривания, я хотел ею воспользоваться, но они сказали мне, что на то, чтобы вернуть мою одежду, ушла 1 неделя... мы были там 4 дня. Персонал предложил принести отпариватель в мой номер, чтобы я мог сделать это самостоятельно. Они его так и не принесли... - на 4-м этаже была прекрасная терраса, но мы узнали о ней только в нашу последнюю ночь. - мы хотели пойти на пляж, и персонал сказал, что это 45 минут ходьбы, и это единственный способ добраться. Мы пошли пешком. Наконец, когда мы добрались туда... мы могли взять тележку за 3 евро... Мы взяли ее, чтобы вернуться. -

Pro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up. Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages. (2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to. (3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times. (4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos. (5) There is no lift at the property. We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

Очень удобное место расположения отеля , разнообразные завтраки , отличная зона бассейна , пляж рядом . Понравилось , что багаж на паром отвозят и привозят сотрудники отеля . Номера нужно выбирать только с видом на море , чтобы не было разочарования , так как вид из отеля на море фантастический

Мне очень понравился этот отель! Комната была чистой и новой. Он был расположен в идеальном месте, откуда открывается лучший вид на Сплит, а до старого города/замка можно добраться за 15 минут, прогуливаясь по красивому берегу океана. Я был очень поражен их завтраком. Обслуживание в отеле тоже было очень хорошим. Персонал отеля был дружелюбным и услужливым. По моей просьбе мне предоставили поздний выезд в 13:00 :) Очень рекомендую этот отель гостям Сплита!

This was a rushed booking due to our original hotel not having our booking. Normally I spend considerable time going through reviews etc, but with the Azur Palace (hotel?) it was a case of needs must. Unfortunately although we had booked a deluxe double in our opinion it didn’t match similar 4 star hotel deluxe rooms. I mentioned this to reception but they weren’t really interested. Appreciate we were virtually in the centre of split, with space at a premium, but the view of a small alley with graffiti an empty minibar, not even plugged in, an irritating dim light, I think from the a/c that ensured the room wasn’t completely dark. After trying to close it down without success I went to reception, which had a note with a phone number to call. I gave up went back to the room and tried throwing a towel over it. Also no bar, although there are a few within couple of minutes. Overall disappointing.
