The hotel is part of the Balderama group which runs the Copper Canyon tours. The hotel is old and needs a bit of renovation. The staff is helpful but not particularly fluent in English. The had no problems storing our luggage after check out. There is a room (business centre) on the first floor that we could relax in and wait for our departure. The breakfast was good food but the service was chaotic. The dining room was very noisy. 

The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute. There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful. We definitely would stay again!

room often miss towers, partly or all together, or missing shampoos or others. shower room window lacks repair, almost droping down, a potential risk of falling object to people at ground level. The safe is not working proprely or not working at all. breakfast is good. restaurant food quality is good.

Me and my wife stayed here for the weekend. It was perfect, I'm so happy with the choice to stay here. The whole hotel was immaculate, very clean and the customer service was amazing. The salt water pool was great with beach access just footsteps away. I will definitely be going back!

Very basic, but appropriate and expected for the price. The extra, unexpected bonus was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the very young lady on Reception during day-times. She lifted the experience from ”ordinary” to ”special”.

The location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.

Hotel limpio, bonito, junto a la playa, buen servicio, agua caliente baño y camas comodas, las almohadas un poco duras, desayuno que incluyó mi reserva no fue tan bueno, es mejor comer fuera si quieres algo especial, pero para algo simple y ahorrar esta bien. Tiene alberca y spa, cerca del acuario y personal super amable y eficiente.

Todo estuvo bien, la ubicación, el restaurante y todo. Únicamente tuvimos un problema con el detector de humo que de la nada en la noche empezó a sonar horrible cada determinado tiempo, pero luego se quitó. Habitación 418, fuera de eso todo bastante bien.
