Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, the room we got were clean and great.

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Персонал был внимательным и уважительным, номер был просторным, ванная комната была просторной для городского отеля, все было чисто, а расположение было отличным по отношению ко многим местам, водителям и метро. Я родом из Бостона, и отель Indigo будет первым в моем списке для повторных визитов. Удобная кровать, легко настраиваемый кондиционер, много полотенец. Я всегда протираю такие вещи, как пульт дистанционного управления, телефон и выключатели света санитарными/отбеливающими салфетками перед тем, как использовать их. Я не заметил никакой грязи при чистке этих вещей...спасибо трудолюбивой команде по уборке отеля! Спасибо команде на стойке регистрации за легкое раннее заселение и быстрый выезд!

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте! Он находится совсем рядом с железнодорожной станцией Amtrak Boston South Station. Если у вас не так много багажа, вы можете дойти туда пешком, это займет 16 минут. Рядом и напротив отеля находится большая больница. Пройдите 50 метров слева от отеля до станции метро. Чайна-таун находится прямо там. Бостонский парк находится в 10 минутах ходьбы. Хотя отель находится в оживленном городе, ночью здесь очень тихо, что бывает редко. В номере нет бутилированной воды, а на стойке регистрации ее не было... Нет одноразовых принадлежностей... Так называемый включенный завтрак стоит 18 юаней за завтрак. Если вы выберете один завтрак и один кофе, плюс налоги, это превысит лимит... Лимит потребления недостаточен, но еда вкусная.

地理位置一般，衞生狀況還可以。我們是在那邊辦事所以選擇。如果是旅行就比較麻煩，因為打車到市區要三十美金，到哈佛大學也要三十美金。房間沒有拖鞋和洗漱用具，美國的酒店都沒有，很奇怪。早餐以冷餐為主，把它當成快捷酒店去住就好，不要想的和國內的希爾頓比，會失望，

Хороший базовый вариант проживания. Выбор завтрака очень ограничен, но за 22 доллара большего и не ожидаешь. Уборка не очень хорошая. У нас закончилось мыло/гель для душа; я подошла к одной горничной, и она сказала: «Иди спроси другого парня, который отвечает за твою комнату». «Другого парня» в это время на этаже не было.
