Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka.

Choose this hotel due to their modern, simple style. Carefully read their description with “HEATING” but they did not clarify that Heating do not open all time. But when we come on July, the weather is only 6 Celcius degree, no heating, no electric blanket really make me disappointed. If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation. They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light. Maybe others experience was good, but not for me.

The shower water pressure is very low and the hot/cold water is terrible, it's either too hot until can burn your skin or it's too cold. Even if you didn't turn the knob, one minute it's cold , the next it is icy cold. Also after exit lift, you have to lift your luggage as the surface is not smooth. This is really inconvenient to your guests with luggage. Other than this 2 point, the room is nice and worth to stay.
