Дом был прекрасно оформлен, полностью оборудован, а подогрев пола создавал очень теплую и уютную атмосферу. В нем было чисто и гигиенично. Горячий источник находился внизу, а по субботним вечерам даже проходило представление танца Гочжуан. Отель расположен очень близко к живописному району Бипэн, и предлагал бесплатный трансфер, что было очень приятно. В ресторане были блюда по меню, и еда была восхитительной. Завтрак был обильным. Весь персонал отеля был очень гостеприимным. Я останавливался на две ночи подряд, и сотрудники на ресепшене оперативно помогали решать все возникшие у меня проблемы – браво! Отель расположен прямо у реки, и стеклянный мостик соединяет вас с другой стороной. Владелец держит пруд, полный осетров, что очень красиво. Я представляю, как невероятно приятно и комфортно было бы сидеть на стеклянном мостике над рекой летом. Из номеров отеля открывается вид на гору Сигунян.

A luxurious and enchanting forest retreat. When the sun filters through the bamboo-lined walkways, casting playful light on the green leaves, it feels like your soul is instantly illuminated. And when the rain falls, the forest comes alive with a natural symphony that’s nothing short of magical. Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

Наш номер был безупречно чистым, просторным и тщательно обставленным, идеально подходящим для отдыха после насыщенного дня, проведенного в Цзючжайгоу. Горячие источники стали изюминкой отеля, обеспечив нам расслабляющий и восстанавливающий опыт, сделавший наше пребывание поистине особенным. Больше всего нам понравилось превосходное обслуживание, особенно со стороны сотрудников отеля. Их внимательность, искренняя доброта и готовность сделать все возможное, чтобы мы почувствовали себя желанными гостями и окруженными заботой. Они позаботились о том, чтобы каждая деталь нашего пребывания была идеальной, от регистрации до ответов на все наши вопросы с улыбкой. Приехав с детьми, мы специально забронировали семейный люкс, и наш опыт превзошел все ожидания! Номер очень просторный, оформлен в милом детском стиле, все детали продуманы до мелочей. Там были не только любимые детьми мультяшные украшения и специальные детские палатки, но и заботливые детские туалетно-косметические принадлежности. Парковка при отеле очень удобна, но для регистрации номерного знака автомобиля необходимо заранее связаться с отелем. Прямо на первом этаже находится фуд-стрит с большим выбором еды, что очень удобно. Там есть Luckin Coffee, Kudi Coffee, несколько чайных с молоком (названия не запомнили) и магазин Lawson. До площади Тяньфу и других близлежащих мест очень легко добраться, и такси тоже легко вызвать.

One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!
