Мы провели в отеле две ночи, и все было очень хорошо. Номера были чистыми и ухоженными, даже туалет был современным. Напор воды в ванной был действительно хорошим 👍 На завтрак ”шведский стол” был хороший выбор блюд китайской кухни. Расположение довольно центральное, внизу большой супермаркет, а до главной улицы Турпана можно дойти пешком. Для посещения основных достопримечательностей нужно брать такси. Обязательно вернусь сюда.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to accommodate my last-minute booking. The facilities were very clean and parking was just right behind the building. This was also a great place to meet new people to go skiing with.

В межсезонье на ресепшене нам предоставили каюту более высокого класса. Места было достаточно. Однако оснащение номера было неполным: всего два электрических обогревателя и отсутствие подогрева пола. На второй день мы попали в сильную метель, из-за чего в номере стало довольно холодно. Туалет тоже не отапливался, поэтому сидеть на нем было ледяным. Самой серьезной проблемой был навес или что-то подобное на деревянной крыше; при сильном ветре он постоянно стучал по стенам каюты, создавая громкий шум, который мешал спать без берушей. Завтрак был удобно упакован и доставлен в номер, что было здорово, и очень пунктуально. На фотографии показан наш обед по меню; порция была довольно щедрой! Было немного жаль, что кафе было на ремонте, когда мы приехали, поэтому мы не смогли его посетить. Наконец, при выезде мы попали в еще одну сильную метель и спросили проходящего мимо сотрудника, может ли он помочь с нашим багажом; он немного помедлил, а затем убежал.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!
