Отель чистый, в номерах уютная атмосфера. Персонал на ресепшене не компетентный, стоило бы брать на такую должность людей, которые умеют разговаривать с людьми, более коммуникабельных, приветливых. Стоимость за номер приятно удивила. Рядом жд вокзал, что очень удобно путешественникам, которые могут переждать свой рейс в отеле шаговой доступности.

여기 주인 아주머니 성격 너무 시원하시고 좋으세요!!
외국인 체크인 하는데 문제 없었고, 위치가 푸드 스트리트와 석두정 근처에 있어서 편리합니다.
숙소도 깨끗하고, 일층 공용 거실에 왠만한 필요한거 다 있어요.
시간이 없어서 함께하지 못했지만, 저녘마다 호스텔에 머무는 중국 친구들 자기네들 어디가는데 같이 갈꺼냐고 물어봐주고,
마치 제주도 게스트 하우스 같은 느낌이였어요.
시간만 더 있다면 여기서 더 머물면서 타스쿠얼간을 더 둘러보고 싶어요.

Пребывание в отеле Liyya Hotel в Урумчи стало настоящим сюрпризом, особенно порадовал бесплатный трансфер. Номер был просторным и чистым, постельное белье мягкое и удобное, а увлажнитель воздуха идеально подходил для сухого климата. Шведский стол на завтрак предлагал широкий выбор блюд, включая как местные деликатесы Синьцзяна, так и привычные домашние блюда. Персонал на стойке регистрации был очень гостеприимным. Круглосуточная прачечная, тренажерный зал и другие удобства делают этот отель отличным выбором по соотношению цена-качество. Очень рекомендую как для деловых поездок, так и для отдыха!

Отель оставил очень приятные впечатления. Расположение отличное – хотя он находится в торговом районе, в номере очень тихо, и шум не мешает спать по ночам. Рядом находится Wanda Plaza, так что найти, где поесть или что-то купить, очень удобно. Регистрация прошла быстро, персонал на стойке регистрации очень вежливый и услужливый. Особенно хочу отметить Сару – она просто замечательно помогала со всеми вопросами, что создавало ощущение полной уверенности и комфорта. Номер оказался больше, чем я ожидал, с прекрасным естественным освещением – когда открываешь панорамное окно, в комнате очень светло. Кровать очень удобная, подушки идеальной мягкости. Ванная комната разделена на сухую и влажную зоны, так что душ и туалет не мешают друг другу. Горячая вода поступает быстро, температура стабильная, принимать душ очень приятно. Туалетные принадлежности не имеют резкого запаха и вполне хорошие. В номере также были бутилированная вода и пакетики чая – это очень продуманные детали. Площадь номера тоже большая. В целом, расположение, обстановка и обслуживание в этом отеле очень удовлетворили, цена вполне разумная, а соотношение цены и качества высокое. В следующий раз, когда приеду в Урумчи, я снова выберу этот отель.

Это самый приятный отель в этой поездке. Я считаю, что он действительно выше 4-звездочных стандартов. Отель типа «постель и завтрак» находится в древнем городе. Слева и справа от вестибюля отеля есть кафе и чайные. Стильный вестибюль выполнен в китайском стиле, и это очень хорошо. На этот раз я также был очень доволен комнатой, которую я испытал. Все в номере было очень новым и чистым. В каждом здании есть горничная, которая очень полна энтузиазма. Представление Кайчэнмэнь у ворот в 22:00, которое, как я слышал, происходит не каждый день. Exceed my expectations.
We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin.
Bed were so comfy.
Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars.
They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore.
At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

首先，我們是26年春節來的，這個時間點很重要
位置：在八卦城偏中心位置，出門各種方便。
環境：外部環境在馬路邊，但春節期間還算比較安靜。內部環境，應該是比較新的酒店，所有東西都相對比較新，乾乾淨淨的。內部房間比較多，如果不喜歡離電梯太遠，一定要提前説。
設施：整體都還可以。提2點：第一，電視機不能直接投屏，必須要下載樂視TV且付費才能投，很讓人不舒服。第二，健身房的器械比較新，適當的可以上點機油，用起來就會比較順。
服務：整體不錯。保安大哥們辛苦啦！

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me.
We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping.
Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated.
And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby.

ГГостьMy family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel!
When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather.
The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation.
I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

ГГостьShanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. Small town, big heart, great service, amazing people! VA

ГГостьWe were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning location and very modern style of this boutique B&B hotel! We received a first class welcome from the staff and a welcome tray, with refreshing herbal tea and snacks, that was served on the patio of our room with a stunning view of the adjacent river valley. So relaxing just sitting there in our room's deck chairs sipping tea!
The whole property felt brand new and very well appointed based on the vision of its architect owner.
The special chicken based hotpot dinner they served us in the restaurant was a feast of a meal for 2.
The room amenities included a hanging swing chair that was positioned to take advantage of the view out the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and valley beyond it. We didn't have a TV in the room but we did not miss it, after dark we both enjoyed relaxing reading the books we brought with us.
We enjoyed a personalized breakfast before having to leave early the next day, with regrets that we couldn't stay longer.
Highly recommend this modern but relaxing boutique hotel, especially if you have time to stay a few days.
