Расположение кемпинга поистине превосходное, вдали от светового загрязнения. Ночью звёздное небо невероятно чистое, и можно даже увидеть Млечный Путь — идеальное место для любителей наблюдать за звёздами. Мы остановились в номере, предоставленном кемпингом. Честно говоря, я немного переживал из-за холода и неудобств, связанных с пребыванием на пастбище, ещё до заселения. Однако номер оказался гораздо лучше, чем я ожидал. Он был чистым и с собственной ванной комнатой. Самым большим сюрпризом стал тёплый пол! Ночью на пастбище может быть довольно холодно, но как только отопление включилось, в палатке стало уютно и комфортно, что позволило отлично выспаться. Большая заслуга в этом замечательном отдыхе принадлежит нашему дворецкому Сяопину. С самого нашего прибытия в кемпинг Сяопин был внимательным и предупредительным. Он радушно зарегистрировал нас и подробно рассказал об удобствах кемпинга и мерах предосторожности. Мы чувствовали себя как близкий друг, приветствующий нас. Его обслуживание было по-настоящему внимательным: 1. Напоминания: Погода на пастбищах может быстро меняться, и перед тем, как похолодало, он специально напомнил нам о необходимости тепло одеться. 2. Благодаря ему мы почувствовали себя как дома, а его теплота, внимание и умение решать проблемы сделали всё пребывание приятным и комфортным. Если вы собираетесь в Nalati Grassland и хотите побывать в комнатах со звёздным небом, этот лагерь стоит рассмотреть, особенно учитывая ответственного дворецкого Сяопина, который создаёт ощущение безопасности.

В межсезонье на ресепшене нам предоставили каюту более высокого класса. Места было достаточно. Однако оснащение номера было неполным: всего два электрических обогревателя и отсутствие подогрева пола. На второй день мы попали в сильную метель, из-за чего в номере стало довольно холодно. Туалет тоже не отапливался, поэтому сидеть на нем было ледяным. Самой серьезной проблемой был навес или что-то подобное на деревянной крыше; при сильном ветре он постоянно стучал по стенам каюты, создавая громкий шум, который мешал спать без берушей. Завтрак был удобно упакован и доставлен в номер, что было здорово, и очень пунктуально. На фотографии показан наш обед по меню; порция была довольно щедрой! Было немного жаль, что кафе было на ремонте, когда мы приехали, поэтому мы не смогли его посетить. Наконец, при выезде мы попали в еще одну сильную метель и спросили проходящего мимо сотрудника, может ли он помочь с нашим багажом; он немного помедлил, а затем убежал.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning location and very modern style of this boutique B&B hotel! We received a first class welcome from the staff and a welcome tray, with refreshing herbal tea and snacks, that was served on the patio of our room with a stunning view of the adjacent river valley. So relaxing just sitting there in our room's deck chairs sipping tea! The whole property felt brand new and very well appointed based on the vision of its architect owner. The special chicken based hotpot dinner they served us in the restaurant was a feast of a meal for 2. The room amenities included a hanging swing chair that was positioned to take advantage of the view out the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and valley beyond it. We didn't have a TV in the room but we did not miss it, after dark we both enjoyed relaxing reading the books we brought with us. We enjoyed a personalized breakfast before having to leave early the next day, with regrets that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend this modern but relaxing boutique hotel, especially if you have time to stay a few days.
