Washroom and hot water need to be improved. Rest is good. Also for executive room getting king side bed is an issue... They make single bed join and give which is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Desolate location, hotel is on the second floor, rooms are different sizes, no hot water and the plumbing is outside. We paid for the full day but only checked in around 3:30am. He started calling us just 6 hours later at 9:30am asking us to check out by 10am or pay the extra day charges. Water is not good here.

The property is located 10 km away from the vishwabharati campus, away from the hustle and bustle. The property allows you to get a feel of the village life, rustic and full of old school charm. The gardens add to the charm of the property. We had booked a duplex mud house perfect for a family of 4 to 5 people. We had luchi for breakfast, it was complimentary. Dinner was at the hotel, the food was tasty and comforting. The staff is very well oriented. Especially the manager and a boy called chanchal. We stayed for 2 nights and our stay was splendid.

The location is good, away from the crowd. It is about 10 km from Santiniketan biswa bharti so it is best suited for those with their own vehicle. There is plenty of parking space and a dorm for drivers. It is not the typical hotel. На самом деле это жилой комплекс с 31/32, 4-этажными зданиями. Многие из них принадлежат частным образом. Зала довольно маленькие, а балкон еще меньше. В любом здании не бывает лифта, поэтому для старших граждан это может стать немного сложным. Внешние одеяла красиво украшены. Служебный персонал очень вежлив и эффективный. Ресторан Панташала достойно стоит.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Manager and staffs are very very polite. I would recommend other people also to stay in this hotel

Property's is very good but location is small long distance beach, food is very so good, service is so good carefully & i am so happy.

I stayed here in first week of may. Hotel is nicely located if you are looking for peaceful stay outside of city. Ch-among chabari has very humble team. I liked their variety of food and service. Ample amount of space for kids to play.

The host was extremely gracious and welcoming. The homestay itself is very beautiful and we'll maintianed plus under budget. The rooms were neat and clean. This homestay is near to kalimpong market and all other sight seeing places.
