Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

During our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

If you're looking to a place just to sleep, this would be it but if you're looking for some hotel to enjoy it's amenities. This is not the place for it. Best: The staff are very nice especially the front desk. Minor Comments: We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away. The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black. I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better. Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included. Overall, it was a good experience. I

Расположение отличное: до центра Насугбу можно добраться на трайсикле, где можно купить продукты и поесть в распространённых фастфудах, таких как Макдоналдс. Стоимость проезда всего 20 филиппинских песо. Пляж не очень привлекательный из-за чёрного или тёмного песка. Но можно арендовать лодку и отправиться на близлежащие островки с белым песком и более чистой водой. Номера не очень чистые, за ними плохо ухаживают, а кондиционер очень старый. В крошечной ванной комнате стоит неприятный запах. Водонагревателя нет, но горячую/холодную воду можно получить в ресторане. Wi-Fi так себе, ловит только в номерах, но если вам нужно более сильное соединение, вам нужно подойти ближе к ресторану или стойке регистрации. Многое в этом курортном комплексе нуждается в доработке. Но именно в этом районе Насугбу открывается один из самых прекрасных видов на закат.

Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. Мне понравилось расположение, отсюда легко добраться до общественного транспорта и других достопримечательностей. Номер чистый и просторный, вмещает 4 человека, но я остановилась там одна, потому что, кажется, номеров на одного или двух человек нет, хотя цена приемлемая. Есть бассейн, и мне понравилась ванная комната с ванной, она очень просторная, хотя кран не работает. Есть даже балкон. При желании можно погулять по территории курорта. Я рекомендую это место для отдыха или идеально подходит для семейного/дружеского пребывания с ночевкой.

The place is just near to our event place. Excellent accomodation. The owner is very nice and helpful. Letting us to check in early as per my request during my online booking. The place is very beautiful, cozy and peaceful. The owner upgraded our room for no additional cost, from standard to junior suite, from junior suite to family room. The room is so clean and comfortable, making us sleep so well, recommendable place to stay when in tanauan. Thank you to the owner, the staff are so mindful and helpful, thank you. Will definitely go back to this place when we are in tanauan. Thumbs up.

Solid experience

One for the budget solo traveller. Basic room, with tv and aircon. I noticed that you can hear noise when someone walks along or arrived at the hallway. Tagaytay weather is very cold, no hot and cold shower but the room has electric kettle, so i boiled water before taking a bath :) There are few eateries outside serving goto and lomi. From the hiway ,its a slight long walk from the bus stop to this transient home. Overall enjoyed my stay because its budget friendly
