Excellent place to stay. Staff is very professional. Rooms are clean and close to freeways and fast food restaurants are within walking distance. I recommend this place to anyone

I feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service. Thank you Kiki, & Zack Patrivua McIntosh

motel 6 是連鎖品牌， 在聖巴巴拉有三家，訂的時候要特別看下地址。 這家算是我訂錯的，開車跑到十公里之外的海邊才發現訂錯了。總體房間中規中矩，有些緊湊但是該有的設施都有，開車到海邊十幾分鍾，前台有免費的熱水和速溶咖啡，停車位挺充足一個房間一個車位，有游泳池。

Недавно я останавливался в отеле Morel 6 и был очень впечатлен! **Расположение просто идеальное** — всего в нескольких минутах от голливудских достопримечательностей, таких как Аллея славы и Китайский театр TCL. Независимо от того, приехали вы на осмотр достопримечательностей или просто погулять, все находится в пределах легкой досягаемости. Огромным плюсом стала **чистота и ухоженность** номеров и общих зон. Уборка номеров была на высшем уровне. Еще один плюс? **Легкий доступ к общественному транспорту** (метро и автобусы), что позволяет легко исследовать Лос-Анджелес без необходимости в автомобиле. Независимо от того, приехали вы в город по делам или на отдых, этот отель предлагает удобство, комфорт и выгодную цену.

Room was clean and service was also good! Happy that we found this motel for our thanksgiving trip!

В первую ночь... в 22:00, пока мы с женой спали, кто-то постучал в наше окно, и мы проснулись. Затем кто-то воспользовался своей картой и открыл нашу дверь. Моя жена закричала, а кто-то сказал: «ИЗВИНИТЕ!» и тут же закрыл дверь. Дверной замок был сломан, а второго замка у нас не было. У нас был только оригинальный замок и ничего больше. Я пошёл к менеджеру, но менеджер не вышел. Я вернулся в свой номер, и жена разрешила мне остаться в номере. Мы снова легли спать. Мне нужно было присутствовать на велосоревновании/подготовиться к нему. Я устал и плохо себя чувствовал из-за недосыпа, переживаний и недовольства руководством. Тем не менее, после велосоревнования я сразу же пошёл в офис, чтобы поговорить с менеджером, объяснить ему, что произошло накануне вечером, и выразить свою просьбу о полном возврате средств/денежных средств за то, что я зашёл без предупреждения. Администрация извинилась и сказала: «Мне жаль, что это были наши уборщики, которые зашли в ваш номер. Мы в безопасности, такого больше не повторится, и мы не вернём вам деньги». Я сказал ему: «Это несправедливо/неуместно. Мне следовало вызвать полицию/СМИ по поводу нашего опыта/ситуации. Я так или иначе получу свои деньги обратно». Затем он снова сказал: «Извините». Моя жена/я в безопасности/в порядке. Тем не менее, я прошу Motel 6 и/или веб-сайт вернуть нам деньги или стоимость нашего двухдневного проживания в MOTEL 6 - BIG BEAR LAKE, и мы никогда больше не вернёмся в это место, пока я не воспользуюсь другими ресурсами. Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

Good location. Simple room. However mini fridge didn’t work do when I asked for one that works the young boy at the desk said no and for me to check out. Finally an hour later another employee exchanged the fridge for one that worked.

I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anything… This hotel is beautiful. The valet and the front staff were lovely. The rooftop pool was perfect and the location was just right. However- the walls of the hotel rooms are PAPER THIN. You can hear absolutely everything. When we first checked in at 430pm, there was housekeeping working on the room next door and it sounded like a construction site (we actually to confirm it there was)- vacuums hitting the walls, furniture being moved, stuff being dropped onto the floors- but the worst was very loud conversations about things that should not be discussed in a work environment at a $500/night hotel. In order to mask the noise, we put on some music in our room (at 5pm mind you) and 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door reporting the music was too loud! The next morning we woke up to our neighbors laughing hysterically and blasting Taylor swift (and hey, I’m a swiftie myself), but the loud cackling is not something I want to be woken up to on vacation. I am really sad to say I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth spending almost $500 for one night.

After we were checked in and charged for the room as well as the required $50 deposit, we were then told they don’t have breakfast, only water bottles, tea and coffee. There “snack bar” consisted of a few bags of chips and two or three thumped of candy. The “assortment” of beverages available to purchase were 12 oz cans and 3 flavors. We did go to our room and found there was no fridge, no dresser/drawers of any kind for clothing, no coffee machine, not even an ice bucket. When we called to the front desk we were informed that none of the rooms have any of those items as they “just opened 3 months ago”. I was astonished, firstly you have been open for 3 months with nothing that a normal or even roach hotel has and you represent Wyndham??? Since we had already been charged and brought all our luggage in we decided ok fine we will stay. We used a garbage can for an improvised ice chest to keep our drinks cold and any food we were got while there. In the middle of the night I woke up to use the restroom to find that NONE OF THE LIGHTS WORKED?!?!? They worked when we got there. It was just ridiculous. They should NOT BE OPEN yet they are not ready.
