This was exactly! What I needed! The establishment was decorated beautifully for the Holidays when I walked in! Staff Josie whom I had spoken to on the phone to confirm,was very pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, and spacious. Bed was Sooo comfortable. I utilized the amenities, pool ,(heated) and sauna, and gym, and topped it off with breakfast in the AM! As you can see,,I was very satisfied! Thanks for asking!🌹

Room was clean, free breakfast is always a plus although I skipped out on it, check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again

Delightful Inn. Quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Some parking spaces are under cover - very helpful on a snowy night for us. Friendly staff. Will return again. Close to West Harford.

Check-in and the room was fine. Pool is permanently closed Post COVID and the gym is tiny with half of the cardio equipment broken. The property needs some upgrades.

This hotel is in immediate need of reinvestment. It was built in the 50's and it looks like in the rooms that was the last time any money was spent. You have a small in the window air conditioner unit. The two night stand lights did not work. The safe did not work. The hair dryer did not work but the front desk provided a new one. The bathroom sink was stained or dirty. To flush the toilet you have to stand there and hold the flipper down until the toilet completes flushing. The ironing board had been bent at some time in its history so it sloped down went set up. There was no elevator so you carry your belongings up an old metal outside staircase to the second floor. This hotel is in an excellent location and the exterior looks wonderful. But I would recommend that you stay elesewhere.

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

I love this place! I come back every time I’m in the area. Great indoor pool area! A customer booked out the pool area one of the nights we were there, making it unavailable to all other guests. Wish we would’ve had a way to know before booking that the pool was gonna be unavailable to guests that day/night. Honestly my only complaint! Friendly/professional staff, great breakfast and so clean!

Отличное расположение напротив Капитолия. Однако сам номер был так себе. Постельное белье оставляло желать лучшего, особенно очень тонкое одеяло. Чистота внутри здания тоже была на среднем уровне. Парковку следует отремонтировать.
