Отель расположен очень близко к аэропорту. Бесплатный автобус очень удобен и прибывает примерно за 10 минут. В 5 минутах ходьбы находится торговый центр Outlet, где можно сделать покупки, пообедать и выпить кофе. Удобства очень хорошие, а номер просторный и чистый.

Номера полностью оборудованы, удобные и теплые. Мы перешли в номер с видом на озеро рядом с озером. Расположение отличное, рядом есть множество вспомогательных услуг. Рядом находится башня Трампа, а вокруг есть супермаркеты, где можно сделать покупки.

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable. I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.

Отель уже не молод. Не хватает персонала для проведения крупной конференции, что повлияло на работу отеля. Если вы приехали в отпуск или по делам, лучше поискать другой отель. Больше тишины, покоя, обслуживания и чистоты по более выгодной цене.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Удобства первоклассные, общественная безопасность хорошая, а нагрузка на сеть недавно построенного отеля хорошая. Накануне напряжение в соседнем отеле с такой же ценой стало нестабильным, как только я подключил фен. Цена на несколько сотен юаней выше, чем в том же пятизвездочном отеле. Номер намного больше и оборудован микроволновой печью, индукционной плитой и духовкой. Если я снова приеду в Чикаго, я все равно проголосую за Трампа.

Hôtel très confortable, la chambre était spacieuse, les fitness room ouvertes 24 sur 24 au top. Dommage que la piscine était en maintenance, ils pourraient le signaler lors de la réservation… le restaurant est bien, le petit déjeuner bien complet😀

The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient! Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier. Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning.

Location is good, they do have shuttle service to and from for airport. Front desk staff is attentive and helpful. Can't go wrong with this. If you need buffer spread for breakfast then opt the suits or else this is perfect.

Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room.
