I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️

The hotel is, no doubt, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Brasília. Well located, clean, with plenty of space for you to do whatever you need. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly and they fixed it quickly. It's a bit weird that such a great and well evaluated hotel suffers from non English speaking staff, that could definitely be improved. Also, my AC wasn't working properly. Would definitely come back. I recommend it.

Total super war der Service und die Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Fitnessstudio hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Sauna und Pool, aber diese habe ich nicht genutzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und sprach Englisch. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

Bom Dia ! Fiquei, em um quarto standart acessível, sem solicitar, poderiam no check-in me avisar pelo menos, relatei que a pia do banheiro estava entupida, não houve providências, solicitei 2 cobertores, só fui atendido na 2a. solicitação. Pelo padrão do Hotel, são detalhes simples á atender.

Minha estadia no Windsor Brasília foi simplesmente incrível! O atendimento da equipe foi impecável, desde o check-in até o check-out. O hotel é luxuoso, com instalações muito bem cuidadas. Meu quarto era espaçoso e confortável, com uma vista legal da cidade.O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel é uma verdadeira delícia, com uma grande variedade de opções frescas e saborosas. A localização é excelente, perto de pontos turísticos importantes e com fácil acesso a transporte público.Além disso, o Windsor Brasília se destaca pelo compromisso com a limpeza e medidas de segurança, o que me fez sentir muito confortável durante toda a minha estadia.Recomendo este hotel a todos que visitarem Brasília.

酒店各方面挺不錯的 出乎意料之外 比預期更好！早餐比較偏西式 選擇種類相比國內比較少 房間挺寬敞的 還有一個室外泳池 天熱泡泡挺好！

The location is a bit odd and there is no parking inside the hotel, only the public parking spots outside, there are often fully occupied, other than that the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, illuminated and ventilated and the staff is super helpful.

Adorei o quarto! É um flat lindo, espaçoso. Muito bom mesmo. Destaque para as duas sacadas, bem ventilado. O apto é todo equipado, tem até máquina de lavar roupas. Senti falta somente dos utensílios de cozinha, visto que ela é bem completa (nao tinha panelas e talheres pra poder utilizar). Recomendo muito a estadia!
