The house Leifsstadir is located in the outskirts of Akureyri at the easter hillside of the Eyafjord. The house Kaldbakur is situated on the Nollur farm and offers privacy as well as perfect panoramic views. Only first-class natural materials have been used for this spacious house. The 60 m2 living room and kitchen offers an unrestricted view of the fjord. The 6 m2 hot tub is situated under the roof and allows relaxing and enjoying the fantastic views. The designer bathroom has a large shower (4 m2) as well as a tumble dryer and a washing machine. The first bedroom has four beds (1 bunk bed, 1 sleeping sofa), the second bedroom a fantastic king-size bed made of nutwood. It is in a nice old very quiet neighborhood we have a lovely comfy apartment, within a 5 minute walking from the center of town, the swimming pool or the mall.The apartment has one bedroom with a new queen size bed and a one man bed. And the living room has a big sofa that comfortably sleeps two persons. Fully equipped kitchen.
