Отель был очень чистым, а персонал — замечательным. Однако вас может отпугнуть то, что в отеле часто проводятся различные мероприятия. Во время нашего пребывания там играла группа волейболисток из средней школы. В какой-то момент моего мужа ударила мячом группа девочек, игравших в волейбол в центре отеля, когда мы шли к лифту. Девочки прыгали по мебели. На вторую ночь я отвела дочь в бассейн. Однако нам пришлось прийти позже, потому что бассейн был переполнен из-за девочек, которые устраивали трюки и снимали TikTok. Позже, когда я привела ребенка, полотенец не было. Мы подошли к стойке регистрации, где женщина сказала, что позвонит в службу уборки номеров. Никто не пришел почти два часа. В итоге мне пришлось попросить дочь принести нам полотенце. Моя дочь уже хотела поскорее выйти из бассейна, когда девочки вернулись, чтобы закончить свои TikTok. Парковка — это полный провал. Вы тратите все деньги на проживание, а парковка не включена в стоимость. Около 4 утра приходит какой-то парень, чтобы подтвердить покупку парковочного пропуска. Если вам выпишут штраф, он будет стоить 25 долларов. Это просто смешно!!! Наше семейное пребывание также было прервано хоккейными турнирами, где дети играли в хоккей в центре отеля. Это была настоящая детская площадка. Дети бегали как угорелые, и никто их не контролировал. Администрация ничего им не говорила, пока они прыгали с диванов, изображая, что земля — это раскаленная лава. Наконец, ваш сон будет прерываться тем, что дети будут ходить от двери к двери, анонимно стуча в двери и бегая. Если вы остановитесь здесь, спросите, есть ли вероятность, что там будет какое-нибудь детское мероприятие.

What I like: (1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits (2) Staff are professional, explain things well. (3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in. What can be improved: (1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier. (2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay. Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

Its a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

-Green to the Extreme- This hotel should have 5 stars as they have excellent breakfast, the facility is renovated and in good shape, parking is free and common areas are well-maintained. My main problem pertains to their ”Green” practice, which has been taken to an extreme level. As a ”green” hotel, the lights in the room shut off completely after 30 minutes of in-room motion. Working at the desk in my room, I had the lights shut off 5 times while I was trying to work at my desk (very annoying). Secondly, all of the outlets are set to green timers so they shut-off after 30 minutes. This means that their own alarm clock doesn't work because it resets to 12 AM every 30 minutes......lol.....why is it even in the room? Being green is one thing, penny pinching is another. If they truly wanted to save the environment, they wouldn't have a hot tub and pool (believe it or not, heating these puppies 24-7 costs far more than shutting off visitor's high efficiency LED lights and outlets. Get rid of these bologna problems and you will get five stars.

To stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder.We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.

Хотя у них ничего не было готово, они ВСЕ РАВНО дали нам бесплатный завтрак! Вдобавок ко всему, они дали нам бесплатные напитки в баре в качестве подарка молодоженам! Опять же, мы этого не ожидали. Шеф-повар также вышел позже, когда мы пошли в бар ночью, и угостил нас вкусным десертом, этот отель заставил нас почувствовать себя желанными гостями в Колорадо. Мы определенно. Вернемся.

I stayed one night at the Hilton in Fort Collins for a business trip and it was a really good experience. The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress. I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again.
