Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

El hotel está alejado del aeropuerto el personal SÚPER AMABLE la cama cómoda el desayuno básico NO TIENEN TRASLADO AL AEROPUERTO me molesto mucho que en mi búsqueda de hotel marque hoteles con transporte al aeropuerto y me salió en la lista eso es un problema de el sistema de trip me costo el taxi 60 dólares por que había tráfico pero la vuelta sin tráfico un Uber fueron 30 por la cual no lo trip debe controlar que la información de transporte sea correcta

Расположение очень хорошее. У отеля есть частная парковка за 25 долларов в день, так что вам не нужно беспокоиться о том, где припарковаться. Вокруг много ресторанов и кафе, а также поблизости находятся магазины Marshall's и Five Under, если вы любите шопинг. В двух минутах ходьбы также находится супермаркет Publix. Завтрак достаточно хороший, чтобы начать день. А персонал всегда отзывчивый и добрый. Номер довольно комфортный. В номере есть микроволновая печь, небольшой холодильник и кофеварка. Единственное, чего нам не хватало, это сейфа. В номере не было сейфа. Также уборка проводится раз в два дня, но если вы попросите утром, они поменяют простыни и полотенца независимо от дня недели. Мы останавливались здесь с двумя маленькими детьми, и нам очень понравилось. Если мы когда-нибудь снова приедем в Атланту, я обязательно остановлюсь в этом месте.

My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

our only negative is that once on property we could not find the lodge. could use more signs

I always stay here when i am on trip in Atlanta. Big room and clean. Nice location

룸은 조용하며, 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 가성비도 좋으며, 위치도 좋았습니다 다음에도 조지아 방문시 저는 이호텔을 이용할것입니다

Entire hotel just underwent an entire renovation. Updated, clean, spacious, reasonably priced, free breakfast and just a short 5 min drive or 20 min walk to The Battery/Truist Park. Only complaint would be the bathtub. Apparently they did not replace the tub with the renovation and it had big pieces knocked off in various places which made it look old and dirty. Would def stay here again if wanting a reasonably priced room for a Braves game
