I went Madison for strongman competition. The hotel have sauna room easy to cut weight. Impressive love this place. They still have cafe nearly the capital, downtown easy to find some food drink

酒店有些年頭了，部分重新裝修過，衞生間有點小，早餐基本每天都差不多，酒廊呢飲品挺豐富的，大堂有個小酒吧，晚上挺熱鬧的。

Отельные сооружения обычно, также используют кондиционер под старым окном, шум всегда немал, окна полностью заглушаются, не могут продырявить мелкие швы, матрас уже много лет, звездная падение, ванная вода все еще теплая. Телевизион не имеет бесплатных программ. Завтрак самообслуживал 15 ножей, я не ел, я купил молоко (3.5 нож 1 галлон) и апельсиновый сок (7 галлон) в холодильнике. Половина стойки регистрации чернокожие, и уборка номеров должна быть Южной Америки. Стоимость парковки достаточно. Рядом с торговой зоной, удобно покупать, любимая Машалл.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect for our family to access after the events we had planned this weekend! Close to food, gas and stores. The pool looked amazing! The checkin staff were nice and courteous as well. This will definitely be my family’s first choice when staying in Madison.

ГГостьI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

ГГостьThe hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day.
Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel:
++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station.
+ The room was cozy and clean.
+ The room had a futon and a good desk.
- Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by.
-- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor.
Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

ГГостьThe cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

AApril FilesThis may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

ГГостьLake Lawn is a beautiful resort with so much to do without ever leaving the resort. The lake views are amazing, there are 3 different places to eat, a huge indoor pool and hot tub along with two large outdoor pools that we didn’t use due to it being April. In the warmer weather you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and even boats. We are definitely coming back to enjoy the summer activities, but it’s also amazing for colder weather since the resort is so large with a game room, indoor pool, and restaurants, you can wear the kids out without ever leaving the resort. It’s also only 15 mins from downtown Lake Geneva to enjoy more shopping and restaurants and only 3-4 mins to the town of Delavan that has all basic needs like Walmart, Kohls, Fleet Farm and lots more restaurants. It’s truly an awesome place.

ГГостьGreat hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.
We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

ГГостьThe location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.

ГГостьI contacted Trip.com to let them know that I was unable to travel because I had recently been diagnosed as CoVid positive. Trip.com sent me a follow up letter indicating that after attempting to negotiate with the hotel, they were not willing to offer a refund because it was a nonrefundable rate. So guess I should have arrived at the hotel contagious and touched and sneezed on every possible surface in my room and in the public spaces. Thank you Country Inn and Suites for your compassionate response. Will pass this info on to my fellow travelers knowing they will avoid your brand as will I.
