Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, walking distance to the train station and historic part of the city, restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well as public transportation are all nearby. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Three nights. Staff are professional, helpful and nice. When the sink got blocked, they immediately resolved the issue. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next to the old town where you can have cafés,restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The hotel gave us free bottled water whenever we need. The room withThe breakfast place is next to the lake where you can eat breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the lake. The hotel is also opposite the bus station if you go to Salzburg or Bad Ischl.

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

Love this hotel! The breakfast is nice and they offer sparkling/still water all day. There is a sauna and a gym and many places to rest with a good view of the river.

На Ctrip у отеля было мало отзывов, и цена была довольно высокой, поэтому я немного волновался перед приездом, но все же остался вполне доволен своим пребыванием. Удобства: Отель новый и хорошо оборудован. Есть чайник и кофемашина, а туалетные принадлежности — органической марки, и пахнут очень приятно. Была только одна бутылка воды, что типично для европейских отелей, но, к счастью, воду можно купить в супермаркете в городе. В отеле есть спа-бассейн и сауна, которые, вероятно, бесплатны для гостей. Однако температура воды в термальном источнике была не очень высокой; я не особо чувствовал тепло… Чистота: Очень чисто. Окружение: До отеля можно дойти пешком от вокзала, примерно за десять минут, по главной торговой улице города. Но здесь тихо и недалеко от концертного зала. Обслуживание: Отличное. Завтрак заслуживает особой похвалы; он был очень обильным и вкусным.

整個酒店離開小鎮步行10幾分鐘，所以非常幽靜，好像一個莊園古堡一樣，內部裝修非常典雅的歐式風格，古樸的傢俱搭配它那吱吱作響的木地板，彷彿回到中世紀，酒店外部環境非常美麗，有自己的小碼頭，有面朝湖景的餐廳，有spa，夏天應該是很多本地人度假的好去處，最重要的是酒店停車不收費！我們定了湖景房視野也很不錯，去的時候是淡季所以酒店沒多少客人，房間內部的傢俱有點年代感，而且房門也是很古老的那種鎖，還挺乾淨的，最喜歡窗邊的風景真的美呆了，清晨起床打開窗就是鳥叫聲，早餐自助餐也非常棒，有一個三層塔，也有自助區，還有菜單可以單獨點，我們單獨點了生牛肉塔塔和法式吐司，味道極好！吃完飯沿着馬路向小鎮走，被一路上風景治癒了，這裏真的太棒了😍

Breakfast has limited choice but quality is there over a buffet style. Pretty outdoor pool , sauna and chill area around the area. Also include a morning yoga session for my stay.
