Мы вылетели ранним рейсом, поэтому забронировали этот отель, чтобы избежать пробок. Бесплатный шаттл ходит по расписанию, необходимо забронировать места перед поездкой, чтобы закрепить за собой места (особенно в полночь)

Мы были в номере 903, из него открывался потрясающий вид на водопад Подкова! Кровати были великолепны. Это было в нескольких минутах ходьбы от множества ресторанов. Парковка дорогая, поэтому мы заплатили 20 долларов за ночь в отеле в квартале отсюда. Внешняя часть наших массивных окон была очень грязной, что разочаровывало, учитывая, как много мы хотели насладиться видом. Когда мы попросили дополнительное одеяло, на стойке регистрации нам сказали, что у них нет дополнительных одеял! Нелепый. Цены на обслуживание номеров были довольно высокими, поэтому мы пропустили это.

Останавливались в первую и последнюю ночь во время поездки в Канаду. Вокруг аэропорта есть много других отелей, но этот Holiday Inn — один из ближайших (и, возможно, самый старый?) отелей в этом районе. Автобусы ходят каждые 30 минут, но немного сложно найти нужное место. От терминала 1 автобус останавливается около столба «S» внизу, а от терминала 3 вы выходите из двери с надписью «гостиничный шаттл».

The room was clean but quite outdated, with a musty odor, reminiscent of damp towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which was a plus. However, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided. The coffee machine in the room had water pooled in the tray, likely from the previous guest's usage and it appeared never have been cleaned. Additionally , there was no hot water kettle or bottled water provided in the room which was disappointing.  The lobby, corridors, and other public areas had a strong smell of bleach, which was overwhelming. The buffet breakfast was a highlight. For CAD$20, it offered a wide selection, and the quality was excellent, making it a great value. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Restaurant staff, especially Erica, was fantastic—attentive, polite, and thoughtful. She checked in with every guest to ensure they were satisfied with their meal. Unfortunately, some of the male staff seemed to be less eager to serve non-Caucasian guests, which was disappointing and made the experience feel less welcoming. I also want to give a special mention to Chitra at reception. I arrived early, and she went out of her way to accommodate me, even managing to arrange an early check-in. She also informed me about the late check-out benefit available to IHG members, which the other male receptionist had not explained when he simply rejected my request. Overall, the hotel is somewhat pricey, but the breakfast and service (especially from Erica and Chitra) made up for some of the other shortcomings.

Кроме того, меня удивило, что доступ к Wi-Fi платный, что показалось очень устаревшим, поскольку в последние годы я не встречал отелей, где за Wi-Fi взимается плата. Хотя ваш отель классифицируется как четырех- или пятизвездочный, предоставленный фен оказался довольно разочаровывающим — скорее напоминал то, что я ожидал бы в двухзвездочном мотеле.

Very nice..Beautiful view. I would stay there again. A little disappointed with the size of the pool and having to reserve a 2 hour window to be poolside but besides that it was the perfect distance from both BMO field and The Budweiser Stage. Staff were courteous and friendly too.

First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

A nice spot for a short getaway.
