Расположение отеля очень хорошее. Его можно считать лучшим отелем в Баден-Бадене. Расположение напротив фонтанного зала и казино. Как и ожидалось, мне не предоставили тот тип номера, который я забронировал вначале. После переговоров меня поменяли на номер большего размера. Так что, если у вас плохой английский, при бронировании номера в Европе забронируйте номер с основными удобствами. Не переплачивайте за номер другого типа, потому что вам обязательно предложат номер похуже. Это мой опыт. Отель находится очень близко к центральному району, в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Рядом с отелем есть ресторан, который очень популярен. Он практически полон, и его обслуживает лично женщина-босс. Заказал свиную рульку и свиные ребрышки на гриле, они были восхитительны. Завтрак в отеле очень хороший, обслуживание внимательное. Баден-Баден – спокойный и романтический курортный город.

非常完美的酒店，寬敞明亮，設計感超強，裡外兩間，外間的梳化床也非常舒適、質量很好。窗外是街道風景，教堂鐘樓的聲音隨風飄盪，凈化心神的空靈感油然而生……是我和孩子們非常喜歡的風格～房間的食品酒水非常豐富，而且都含在費用裏。服務費可以刷卡、現金，也很靈活。衞生間水盆的堵頭壞了，電話客服，開門一看，前台帥氣小夥過來維修，二話不説脱掉西裝，麻利修好，這一人多用也不限於國內，孩子説可能因為等維修工到了，不知猴年馬月了～～～

Когда вы входите в отель, там такой приятный запах, и окружающая обстановка тоже очень приятная. Номер... был очень чистым, и весь персонал был дружелюбным. Чего мне не хватало в номере, так это рожка для обуви. Но в остальном, как я уже сказал, все было очень хорошо.

Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the ”coffee water”. Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip.

酒店挨着動物園和火車站，位置很方便。很有年代感的酒店，房間有暖氣，冬天很舒服。因為舉架比較高，房間也顯得寬敞。跟很多歐洲酒店比起來，房間面積算大了。酒店有停車場，一晚上18歐元，對自駕來説比較方便。

Завтрак был очень обильным и вкусным, а парковка — удобной. Отель большой, с большим количеством номеров, что затрудняло передвижение. Отель расположен недалеко от университетского района, в приятном районе и рядом с большим супермаркетом. До центра города и основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком за несколько минут.

Hotel is nice, good location and staff friendly and helpful. However that's when you see the staff whichis usuallyin themorning. I checked in online as requested, was informed that I will get a code for door and room. I thought it is to make thecheck in process more efficient. I came in the afternoon and couldn't get inside the building, which need the code to get in. Finally some other guests came and I got in the building, and the hotel doesn't have reception to check you in. There is only a German phone number, which I don't want to call as it is an international call for me. There is email which I could send, but nobody answered. I don't know what to do to check in. Finally I found the code in email from hotel in my spam folder and managed to find my room. It's not clear that without the code nothing you can do. I think as a hotel some human intervention maybe needed

Great hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay. Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.

房間很大，很乾凈。浴缸也是意外之喜。室內泳池體驗了，很棒，還有汗蒸室等。住了7天，非常好，這個價位也是很好了。附近吃飯方便，超市很大。
