    Freight train derailment at Barking closes lines and cancels c2c and London Overground services

Some lines remain closed as significant damage has been caused to the railway infrastructure. As a result, some trains through Barking will be cancelled or revised. Where trains do run there may be delays of up to 10 minutes. London Overground are running a reduced service on the Suffragette line between Gospel Oak and South Tottenham and no trains will run between South Tottenham and Barking Riverside. There will be no c2c service between Barking and Grays via Dagenham Dock, Rainham (Essex), and Purfleet Disruption is expected until at least the end of the day on Tuesday 10 November. A visual disruption map video is available. c2c customer advice: No services are calling at Dagenham Dock, Rainham or Purfleet. Trains which normally call at Stratford (London) and London Liverpool Street will divert and call at West Ham and London Fenchurch Street instead. These trains typically operate after 20:30 each evening, and at weekends. Your ticket will be accepted at no extra cost on: Elizabeth line services between London Liverpool Street and Romford First Essex buses between Grays and Stanford-le-Hope Greater Anglia between London Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria London Buses between Barking, Dagenham Dock, Rainham, Purfleet and Grays London Buses Superloop SL12 London Underground District line between Barking and Upminster, Jubilee line between West Ham and Stratford (London), and Liberty line services between Upminster and Romford Replacement buses are running from 05:00 between Upminster and Grays, calling at Rainham, Purfleet and Grays. Replacement buses are running from 05:25 between Grays and Upminster, calling at Purfleet, Rainham and Upminster. Passengers for Dagenham Dock can travel on the EL2 bus service at no extra cost. London Overground customer advice: Service is suspended between South Tottenham and Barking Riverside. A reduced service will run between Gospel Oak and South Tottenham as follows: Services will depart Gospel Oak at xx:09 and xx:39 Services will depart South Tottenham at xx:13 and xx:43 Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on: London Buses via any reasonable route London Underground via any reasonable route Ticket flexibility: If your train is cancelled, you will be able to travel on an alternative service operated by any other participating train company, either two hours before or two hours after the original departure time of the cancelled service, in order to reach your destination.
