It has a private swimming pool, solely for the guests and is a 10 mins walk to the beach. The bus stops, local shops, green grocery, and recommended restaurants (seafood / local food) are easy 10 minutes walk from the house and more restaurants short 5 to 10 minutes drive. Enjoy cocktails, alfresco dining or BBQ with view of the private swimming pool and of the garden with coconut trees.For your comfort, the villa offers flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge Freezer, rice cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe for valuable, security alarm for peace of mind, sun loungers and phone for local calls.
