Во время бронирования нам не сказали, что большая часть здания будет находиться в стадии строительства, что немного разочаровало по прибытии. . . В остальном расположение красивое и не слишком далеко от центра города, если у вас есть машина. (Иначе это 35-метровая прогулка!)… Что касается обслуживания, у нас, к сожалению, были довольно невнимательные/грубые соседи, которые были очень громкими и постоянно хлопали дверью своей комнаты в течение нескольких часов до позднего вечера. В первую ночь служба поддержки ничего не сделала и не предложила никакой помощи, и, поскольку весь блок номеров был забронирован, мы также не могли переместить номера. На вторую ночь они поговорили с нашими соседями, чтобы попытаться уменьшить для нас шум, но безуспешно. Мягко говоря, не лучший опыт, но и не ужасный. Я бы сказал 3/5.

Номер очень большой, а с балкона открывается фантастический вид. Мы останавливались на 3 ночи, завтрак был включен в стоимость. К сожалению, все три завтрака были абсолютно одинаковыми. Парковка хорошая, но может быть недоступна, если вы опаздываете.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

Также предусмотрены продукты для континентального завтрака (фрукты, хлеб, хлопья, молоко, масло и т.д.), которыми можно воспользоваться прямо в номере. Окружающие пейзажи идеальны для прогулок. Из окна открывается потрясающий вид на озеро, горы и небо, меняющееся от утренней зари до вечерних сумерек, создавая несчетное множество живописных картин. К счастью, нам даже удалось увидеть северное сияние! Расположение просто отличное: всего около 2 км по прямой до центра Куинстауна, супермаркетов и основных достопримечательностей. Добираться удобно как на личном автомобиле, так и на такси (Uber). Настоятельно рекомендую!

Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views. The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent. When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful. We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation. The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park. The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust.

На курорте также есть бассейн (на открытом воздухе, он выглядел очень холодно, поэтому я не пользовался им в начале декабря)

Stayed at Quest Queenstown with my best friend and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed—comfy beds, a small kitchen, and even laundry facilities. It was a cozy and relaxing space to come back to after a day of adventures. One of the best parts was how convenient the location was. The Orbus stop was just a short walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get to Queenstown CBD and the airport without needing a car. Perfect for travellers! The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. We also had a stunning view of the mountains right from our room. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-connected stay in Queenstown. Would definitely come back!

All clean and good, except that there’s a post-cooking smell lingering from the previous occupant, it’s only obvious when we just enter the room, but after a while it’s bearable. Location is good, about 10 min walk from the city centre with not too many slopes. Check in and check out was convenient, and great online communication with the host with very prompt replies. Kitchen amenities were complete and nice. However, shower gel ran out after our first shower. Ironing board cover too thin and the stand didn’t seem very stable, probably needs replacement. Overall, still a decent and pleasant stay.

Excellent Apartment spacious, well-ventilated, and come equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning or fans, clean linens, toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Common areas like the kitchen, living room, or garden are inviting and encourage relaxation or interaction.
