Прибыли в отель поздно вечером, парень на стойке регистрации был очень дружелюбным и дружелюбным, он с таким пониманием отнесся к проблемам и позднему приезду 😀 затем мы прибыли в 118, и там было прекрасно, чисто и очень аккуратно.

Обстановка очень хорошая, завтрак тоже хороший, а ужин по системе «шведский стол» очень выгоден по цене. Недостатком является то, что отель находится немного далеко от города, но в целом это хорошее место для отдыха.

Достаточно удобно и близко к аэропорту, который находится прямо напротив отеля. До порта можно добраться за 10–15 минут, если есть пробки. Оказалось, что не так близко, как я думал. Удобства были хорошими, но в соседних номерах было шумно, и звукоизоляция была неудовлетворительной. Я несколько раз звонил на ресепшен, и даже они слышали шум с ресепшена. Я не стал учитывать это при написании отзыва, так как это не их дело, уважать ли гостей друг друга. Однако в некоторых случаях более строгий подход уместен, например, попросить их уйти!

Отличный отпуск, очень рекомендую. В отеле есть всё необходимое.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience near the airport. It’s just a few minutes’ walk away, making it perfect for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The 24-hour front desk was a big plus and made check-in very smooth, no matter what time you arrive. While it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main town, the walk is quite scenic and enjoyable. The beach is also just a 5–6 minute walk away, with a nice selection of seaside restaurants offering tasty food. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which makes it easy to pick up anything you need. If you’re interested in seeing planes take off and land from the famous seaside church viewpoint, it’s also very accessible—just a 5-minute walk to the 2A bus stop, and a quick 10-minute ride gets you there. The room was clean and tidy, with lovely flowers visible outside the window, which made the stay even more pleasant. Despite being close to the airport, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise at all once the windows were closed—either the rooms are well-insulated, or there weren’t many late-night flights (or maybe I’m just a deep sleeper!). Overall, I had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place near the airport without compromising on comfort or charm.

**Hotel Review** I recently stayed at the Phoenix hotel located in a prime spot facing Solomon Square in Zakynthos town centre, and I was impressed by its beautiful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a great start to my stay. Upon entering my room, I encountered a minor issue with the safe not working. However, I quickly called the reception, and a staff member promptly arrived to resolve the problem. The room itself was basic but had everything I needed, and considering the price I paid, it offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options, and both the juice and coffee were outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and I encountered no issues. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very modern and equipped with everything you need. We were impressed by the high quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness. The dining options are top-notch. The food was always of the highest standard, both in taste and presentation. The hotel facilities are also excellently maintained. The gardens, loungers, and pools are in pristine condition and invite you to relax. While there is no direct access to the sea, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, allowing you to reach the island’s most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. We can highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay.
